Excellent and Comfortable Earbuds
I have thoroughly enjoyed the TOZO waterproof earbuds; they fit my inner ear nicely and are very comfortable. I listen to podcasts and music while I swim and the quality of sound is excellent. Not a bad price either for a quality pair of waterproof earbuds–worth the purchase.

Decent Earbuds for Phone Calls
I use these mainly at home as a hands free option for phone calls. The sound quality is pretty good for this. I don’t use them to listen to music so I cannot leave a meaningful review on this aspect of these earbuds. The charging case can be a bit fiddly to charge wirelessly, hence the one star deduction, but overall these are decent enough earbuds from a brand that I believe makes quality products.

Pleasantly surprised!
Just got them in the mail, they arrived super quick after having ordered them on Thursday. Immediately pleased! Connected to each other and my phone super quick and the app way easy to use! Sounds like $300 headphones for a tenth of the price. Will update once I’ve used them for a while.

Awesome sound from a less expensive option
Let me start with the fact that I am very picky when it comes to bluetooth audio. I have been vastly disappointed in the past and tend to avoid bluetooth earbuds because of that. Now these have actually been surprisingly great, they have a wonderfully clear relatively flat sound. No ridiculously annoying bass or tinny highs. And are a huge step up from my experiences in the past. (Including sony linkbuds, skullcandy whatevers, and some bose earbuds.)I am sort of an audiophile and bluetooth has always lacked quality in the sound, but its advancements over the passed few years it has gotten better. Is it wired quality? No, certainly not. But for day to day use it is more convenient not dealing with cables. These as I mentioned have a pretty flat eq curve out of the box, which is how I prefer buds and headphones to be personally. This is not to say they lack bass or anything just that the audio is more balanced. They also don’t have a huge loss in overall audio quality over wired thanks to the advancements in bluetooth, and they have been the only truly wireless earbuds that I have ever been happy with. They are comfortable and come with various tip sizes, I like where they sit in the ears and they are pretty secure in mine with the right tips.Battery life is fantastic, I can go 7 hours atleast without having to pop them in the case and even when I do, it only takes 15 min of charging for me to listen with them the rest of my work day. Case will charge them fully 5 times about which is great, and I like that the case shows its battery level and the level of the buds. For the price these are a no Brainer to me, they keep up well with the much more expensive sony earbuds I have owned in the past and beat out pretty much every other brand that O have tried. I highly recommend these buds if your looking for something less expensive with great audio quality.

Great earbuds for the money
These earbuds are seriously awesome. The build quality feels solid and durable, and the sound is super clear and sharp. Whether you’re listening to music, podcasts, or anything else, you’ll notice a real difference. I totally recommend these to anyone who wants great sound and a reliable pair of earbuds. They’re definitely worth checking out!

Use these for the gym. Stay charged for weeks! They do fall out of my ears sometimes but not often. Great sound for the price! Love the small case too.

Great earbuds; FANTASTIC price
These earbuds punch way above their weight. Great, full soumd…deep bass to sparkling treble. And the battery life is incredible. There is no ANC so these last all day witjout having to go back into the case to charge. Highly recommend.

Outstanding Performance at a great price!
I got these for my son to replace his A2 mini Earbuds. He has been using them now for 6 months and they have held up exceptionally. At first I was a little concerned about the clear lid which did not seem as strong as some of the other cases in their line-up ( I have a lot of TOZO products ) However, this concern has proven to be unwarranted! This case kicks around his pockets all day at school and gets thrown into his back pack and has shown no sign of wear.Fitment – These Earbuds come with multiple sized silicone tips so it’s easy to get a good fit. While he used to complain about the A2 minis getting loose, I get no such complaints about these.App – For the Crystal Earbuds, the app gives detailed battery info (as does the case with both the charge left in the case and then bar indicators for each earbud) and also allows you to customize your listening experienceSound – As with the other TOZO earbuds I have… NC9, NC7, A2, and the Tonal Dots, the sound quality and bass is great. I find them pretty balanced right out of the box, however, I appreciate more bass. With the app I can amp it up or down depending on my preference.Battery – Typically my son is good for two days of listening before, during, and after school. Obviously it’s not continuous but by the end of the second day he needs to recharge.Range- I personally found the range on these to be pretty good. While I was testing them, I was able to leave my phone in the garage and make it around my house without having music interruption.Noise Cancel / Reduction – These earbuds have noise reduction provided you have correct fitting silicone tips installed. While I was testing them, I found that they did a decent job blocking out saws, shop vacs, etc while working in the garage. They are not as effective as the Active Noise Cancellation, but still pretty good. My son’s feedback is that he can barely hear our electric mower while doing the lawn.Multi-Device Support – you can only connect to one device at a time. These are a great inexpensive option with excellent sound quality and plenty of features. I personally prefer Active Noise Cancellation in my main Earbuds, however this is a good split giving good noise reduction so you can still hear people trying to get your attention.

Very Nice
It’s a bit difficult to pry to earbuds out from the case but other than that, the ergonomic shape fits comfortably in my ears. Instructions on using shortcuts is simple enough.

long time to charge but so far ok
Just got these today, after reading a review, they said they were great..Opened them up, and the buds were dead, so an hour and half later, they charged up, they fit, …ok..sound so far is good. tested them on Zepplin..ok, made a call, call was clear, and they could NOT hear the music I had on in the backround..Thats what I wanted to hear.. Guess Ill know in a few days..I wish tozo would add anc to my t10’s that I love….HEY TOZO..add anc to the t10’s…Ill pay for those

Interesting shape that fit my ears perfectly and STAY in.
The Crystal T18 earbuds by Tozo are actually a lot better than I expected. I’ll start with the case. The case feels of cheap plastic. It’s very lightweight which isn’t bad as far as carrying it goes, but scratches are already developing on it just from BEING in my pocket today and keeping it on my nightstand last night. I definitely wouldn’t be comfortable if i dropped it on any hard surface as it seems like it wouldnt hold up very well at all. But i actually love the way it looks so that kind of makes up for the lack of quality material,(strictly my opinion). The body of the case is a glossy black and it has a transparent flip lid with a black/dark grey tint that looks pretty nice. On the face of the lid in the center, is the Tozo logo, which i believe serves as the magnetic closure tab as well. The front center of the body has a very nice and bright digital display that has the battery power indicator for each earbud, symbolized by a digital image of a battery, 1 labeled “L” for left, and the other, “R” for right, so its super easy to tell how much juice each has(ONLY while they’re “docked” and actively being charged). The case’s battery percentage is displayed as a number between 1-100. It takes a type C charger so that’s super convenient since most electronics do nowadays. Now, as for the earbuds themselves, they’re extremely lightweight and super comfortable, so much so, that I almost forget they’re in. I can even sleep with them in and they’ll stay in ALL NIGHT long, with ZERO discomfort, which is amazing, especially if you need white noise to fall asleep! Theyve got an interesting shape which for me, makes it easy to grip while putting them in or taking them out of my ears, without having to worry about accidentally activating the touch controls. Considering how many functions are possible from a variation of a tap, theyre pretty easy to learn AND remember because they all make sense. Ive owned plenty of earbuds from plenty of brands and i can never remember how they’re operated. Tozo makes it simple. I cant be bothered with pulling out the user manual or looking up on Google every time i want to switch a track or answer/hang up a call. And its SO FRUSTRATING trying to adjust volume and accidentally switch tracks, ESPECIALLY without paying for youtube premium because then you have to sit through those annoying ads again! Ill never have to make that mistake with these because i already have each function memorized. The sound is just right although nothing spectacular(though i dont believe thats a selling point): not too sharp or bassy, clear instruments, clear vocals, decent noise reduction.I have to say what i really LOVE about these is the battery life. Using both earbuds can EASILY get you through a full night of sleep or a day of work. Of course im sure that depends on how loud you listen, which i dont like loud music in my CAR let alone directly inside my ears. Touch controls probably affect battery life as well depending on how frequently and aggressively you use them. If youre constantly making and receiving calls and using your phone’s assistants, they probably wont last nearly as long as someone else’s, who uses their hands 8 hours or more a day so they’re not constantly switching tracks throughout their entire shift and only listens at 50% volume. So dont abuse them and they should last a good while! If you want an immersive sound experience, these probably arent for you. At this price point these would likely be a decent backup pair or just a pair to get you through your work shift or gym session due to their basic sound and their ipx8 waterproof rating(though i havent tested out that aspect). All in all i would give these a 4.5/5 stars, and the half star deduction is due to the low quality materials. But i would absolutely recommend these to anyone regardless of standards because there’s nothing wrong with them. Ultimately it comes down to what YOU want in a set of earbuds but these are perfect for me.

Excellent earbuds for the money!
These are a good pair of earbuds. The sound is as good as major brands. The bass is deep & the treble is clear. You just have to know how to use the EQ’s and changing the settings. It’s all about the sound you prefer. I had a minor issue with the left earbud. Upon contacting support the issue was resolved quickly! If you’re looking for a reasonable affordable pair of earbuds the Tozo Crystal Buds are a great choice! P.S. I was not paid for this testimonial by the Tozo Corporation.

75% capabilities Superior to top brands
I bought these at the same time I bought high-end earbuds costing five times the price. These are still going strong. I’ve had them for one year since last July. While the high end Brands batteries are failing to last longer than an hour and a half use tozos are still pulling a good strong 8 hours. Tozos give up a little bit in the base Department while still sounding crystal clear. But for that negative, tozo’s Bluetooth range on the 5.3 is superior along with charging and total charge time. That your butt case is also Superior as it resists scratches and my other expensive brand I had to replace the case because it broke. One other mean thing I love is connectivity. You can’t get these things out of the case and into your ears before it’s connected, and when you have multiple devices and phones these know where you’re trying to hook up. The intuition I don’t know what to call it but it saves so much time.

Budget Behemoths!
I’ve owned many TOZO products over the years. I’ve never had an experience with them that wasn’t amazing taking into consideration the prices I paid. However, I almost felt like I stole these earbuds at the current price. They’re great in pretty much every aspect and I find myself reaching for these instead of many of my more expensive wireless earbuds.Firstly, the design of the buds themselves is very compact. They sit almost flush with the outside of the ear and are shaped so that, for me, they don’t really create any notable pressure points or discomfort. They come with different sizes of silicone tips so that anyone should be able to find a secure fit. Once an adequate seal is obtained, I’ve found that the passive noise cancellation is adequate for most tasks. I’ve mowed the lawn with these in and it reduces the volume by a surprising amount. Of course, there is no active noise cancellation, so they won’t completely eliminate droning background noise. The plus side is that, unlike with ANC earbuds/headphones, one does not experience that “plugged ear” sensation that those can sometimes cause. The case is fairly straightforward, but it feels sturdy and it does a good job of keeping the earbuds secure and charged when not in use. I really love that TOZO included the front display on these. Far too many manufacturers use a minimalistic system of differently colored lights to indicate battery status and it’s often unintuitive. With these, you get a numeric display of the overall charge and individual indicators of each earbud’s battery levels. The case also supports wireless charging which is a huge plus for me. It’s ridiculous how many manufacturers don’t consider that people who want totally wireless earbuds might also value wireless charging of their devices. Many premium brands don’t support this on models that sell for much more. My only nitpicks with the case is that the magnets holding the earbuds can be quite strong and, due to their minimalistic shape, there are few places to get a good grip on them to remove them. Additionally, I do wish the lid wasn’t clear since it tends to show scratches quite easily, but that’s purely a stylistic complaint. Now for the most important part – sound quality. I’ve never liked the term “audiophile,” but it does come up frequently when people describe me. I have quite an extensive setup at my PC listening station and I’ve collected many headphones that cost more than a monthly mortgage payment. Some days, I put these earbuds in and I wonder if all the time, effort, and money was worth it. That’s a pretty massive oversimplification, but I want to illustrate how surprised I was. Should you actually expect the same sound quality as a set of $1000 headphones attached to a dedicated audio stack? Absolutely not. However, there’s a tool for every job and these check an absurd amount of boxes for the price. They’re great all-rounders and, most of all, they’re convenient. There’s a saying in photography that goes “the best camera is the one that you have with you.” I feel that the same is true in this instance. It doesn’t matter how good your audio setup at home is if it’s not portable when you need it to be. As for the sound signature of these earbuds, I’d say that “fun” is probably the most succinct description. They’ve put some emphasis on bass and can sound a bit boomy at times but manage to retain enough clarity that you can hear most of the details. The very top end can seem a bit blunted occasionally, but I’ve never found it to be an issue that got in the way of me enjoying the music.Overall, it seems like TOZO set out to design an earbud that satisfied the preferences for a majority of casual listening situations and they’ve done exactly that. I can’t recommend these enough!

quality product for the price
i’ve had several pair of Tozo ear buds and have been pleased with all especially for the ~$25 price pt. Except for the T10’s that one stopped working after about a year and a half but i used them for bedside so one was fine. Next set purchased and still working are the NC9’s. No complaints with these and still working but needed another pair for work so went with the T18 Crystal Buds. So far so good…easy to connect to my phn + Tozo app and sounded nice out of the box on the “original” EQ setting.

Great sound and value
These may be valued price set of earbuds but they sound better than the older more expensive set that they replaced. When you download the app and connect them to it, you can really customize the sound of them. They are easy to use and the volume goes louder than what I need. I would definitely recommend these for the price, performance and ease of use

Really awesome earbuds
If you are looking for a good pair of earbuds, look no further. I previously used Tozo T10 buds, so this review is a slight comparison between the two. These earbuds are very nicely made and compact for easy carry. The black case is small and fits in any pocket. It charges with a USB C. The lid is clear and smoky colored. The front of the case has a white digital display that shows you both the overall battery life and each individual earbud charge – which is perfect if you use one earbud at a time like me. It also gives you a visual to show you that they are charging, so you don’t have to worry about watching the orange indicator light on the top of the earbuds, like you do with Tozo T10. The displays turns off on it’s own after 5 seconds, and only turns back on if you open the case. The bluetooth was very easy to connect. Right out of the box they went into pairing mode, and I was able to connect them to my phone without any hassle. The battery life so far has been fantastic, right out of the box. I have been using them now for 5 days straight at work – roughly 8 hours of use per day, and as I write this the overall life sits at 16. These earbuds came with many different silicone tips, but I find that they are a little harder to put on vs other tozo earbuds. The design of them is compact and fits well in my ear without sticking out too much or being heavy. In fact, they feel very lightweight! A downside is that they specifically fit into one side of the ear. So I can’t switch and use the left earbud in the right ear, and vice versa. Also, I can only charge the left bud in the left side of the case, and vice versa. With the Tozo T10, I am able to swap ears and charging ports in the case. The noise cancelling on these is amazing, and much better than Tozo T10. Many times now, work colleagues have come up behind me to talk to me without realizing I have something playing, only for me to realize they are there after they tap me on the shoulder. The sound quality is also really great. The quality between bass, mid, and high notes is well balanced. The music or phone calls that play through the speakers is very clear and well ranged. I also noticed that if I am watching my security cameras with the earbuds in, it sounds like I am actually there. Many times I’ve taken the earbuds out to make sure it wasn’t playing out of my phone. A quality that I enjoy as it makes everything sound more real.I cannot speak for the waterproof features yet as I have not gotten them wet.Note: These earbuds were purchased with a Tozo promotion. They did not require a review for the promo, but highly recommended it. I reviewed this product with complete honesty.Overall, I really like these earbuds and recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable pair of awesome.Pros:Small, compact caseDigital case displayMany different earbud tips to choose fromNoise CancellingGreat musical qualityFantastic battery lifeCons:Earbuds cannot be swapped between left and right ears, and only fit into one spot in the case.

Comfortable and stylish case.
These fit great and once situated they are sturdy. You can really tell the difference using the Tozo App equalizer .My oldest one snagged them from me . i am ordering another. Really Great seller. Great customer service. A perfect transaction. These have really good noise canceling ability and I had to turn down the bass because it will bump as my kid said. He turned them back up.Cool looking case that really stand out. Give this store a chance if you are needing some swag. Love the huge Tozo selection . Tozo is my go to brand when you need quality the kids will be happy with the quality and a price Dad can afford.

The best at this price point
I’ve had the tozo t6 and NC9, this is pretty on par with the NC9 in terms of quality of sound (maybe a touch better?) but the fit and comfort was waayy better. I have ears on the smaller side and these fit perfectly during my shift where I’m active and sweaty. No problems falling out or anything! It connects immediately after you take it out of the case (after ur first pairing ). There aren’t any voice indicators but instead has tones when it indicates pairing and battery and whatnot. It’s super easy to connect to my phone and have paired with each other no problem- even if I am using one and decide to pop the other one in later. Both the case and earbuds are lightweight but not in a cheap way. The magnet that closes the lid is super secure, it should definitely be able to take a fall to the floor without the top flying open and exploding lol.The audio is pretty dang crip, especially for this price. It’s not audiophile quality but it very likely out performs others at this price. Especially since you can connect to the app to adjust the sound yourself .TLDR: good quality in terms of audio, fit, and durability. fantastic for the price especially if on sale!

Crystal Clear Headphones!!!
I’ve owned many TOZO products over the years and I’ve always had great experiences with them. When I saw these new TOZO Crystal buds out I just new that I needed to give them a try, and let me tell you, I was not disappointed at all! In fact these over exceeded my expectations!First and foremost , the design of the buds themselves is very compact. I figured that they would feel a fit heavy because the majority of the earbud sits above where the tip goes into the ear but they feel really comfortable and the multiple silicon ear tips allows me to adjust the headphones to fit my ear perfectly. I’ve snowblower my driveway, went on walks, and runs and have yet to had one of these earbuds falls out which is amazing. As far as sound quality, I think these headphones are amazing. I used to use the TOZO NC2 as my everyday headphones and I thought those had the best sound quality but these are so much better. When they say “Crystal buds”, they really mean it. I can hear ever beat when I’m listening to music which is crazy to say because headphones usually have no bass or are muffled but these are Crystal clear. Answer phone calls on with these are a breeze and the person on the other line can hear you perfectly. And to top it off the bass on these headphones is excellent. 5 star rating on that!!The case is pretty solid and I love how you can see what each earbuds battery is from the outside of the case and that is wonderful. Lots of companies use different colored lights to indicate charge levels but I love how TOZO simplifies it and just uses number to indicate the charging level which is a tried a true method and easy for everyone to understand. The case also supports wireless charging which is a huge plus as I can use the wireless charger for my phone to charge these. I also forgot to mention that the battery life on the individuals earbuds is fantastic as I can have these in while working an 8 hour shift without these dieing like other earphones have in the past. My only complaint is that the case has a clear lid which scratches easy but other than that these headphones are awesome.Overall, TOZO has done a fabulous job on all of the products especially on these. I 100% recommend these to anyone looking for headphones at a really reasonable price almost to the point where this item is undervalued!!!

Very Nice!
I will start by saying this is not my first pair of Tozo earbuds, I have the T9, T10, and now the crystal, I like the charging case on these, the app for custom EQ app works pretty good. Still wish my T9’s hadn’t lost a driver causing it to crackle forcing my hand to buy the new crystals. I like Tozo but the Crystals kinda lack some of the deeper bass of the T9, now to be fair I’ve only had them a few days and haven’t got them fully “burned in” yet. Hopefully these last longer than my T9’s did. I listen to a lot of heavy music with double bass and blast beats so I do punish these little earbuds. For the price point, these hit far above their weight class. Can’t go wrong with these earbuds. Very light and comfortable for all day wear I wear them for sometimes 5- 6 hours at a time. they charge quick and hold a long charge even at louder volumes. these haven’t impressed me as much as the t9’s, did but they sound good and with the EQ app you can get them pretty close. The crystals do have added clarity and separation of instruments, vocals, ect. and with the EQ app I can now adjust the sound of some of the poorly mixed music some artists have unfortunately chosen to release. All in all, very good product.

Great for the price!!! Bulky and a little heavy though.
So, I own SEVERAL and I mean over 10 Tozo earbuds, including the A1s, T10, T7 etc.My A1s were my go-to’s and I have used them daily for at least 6 hrs a day for an entire year (ok, 355 days of 365) and they performed flawlessly until last week when the left earbud simply no longer fully charges, ever. Ok, I get it, I DID use the heck out of that battery!!I like the Crystal Buds. They are a little heavy and bulky and I haven’t been able to get them to fit perfectly in my ear. Note on that: they come with SEVERAL (I think 8 pairs) of silicone tips so this is not on Tozo at all 🙂 They don’t fall out or anything, but I think it must be the weight and bulk that don’t quite conform to my ears.Pros:They got rid of the Japanese female voice. That is a debatable Pro. I didn’t mind it. I felt like a character in a sci-fi manga, talking to the robot AI 😀 😀 but I have seen quite a lot of reviews that stated this was very annoying and it means Tozo was paying attention to user feedback by getting rid of it.Instead of the voice, they now utilize a series of tones. They are distinctly different and you will know what each means within the first couple of times you use them. The case displays both the percentage of the case charger (as a number) and the battery percentage of each bud (as a moving battery bar graphic). They charge very quickly. I think you can easily get 3 hrs of listening time with a 20-minute charge. The overall playtime is at least 8 hrs. In fact, I have yet to get a “battery low” warning within my 8-hour shift. The case is small and light. Fits in a girl’s jeans pocket fine (girls, you know what I mean by “girl jeans pocket” :D).They wiressly charge! I have a generic multi-charger for my Samsung watch, Samsung S23 and it has a 3rd spot for earbuds. Works great!! Otherwise, they are USB-C.The TOZO app works great with them!!I am not a sound snob. I just listen to audiobooks and podcasts. Crystal clear voices and with extra tweaking from the TOZO app, I am good to go.Good noise cancelation BUT also, allows you to hear your surroundings without interferring with what you are listening to. Very good balance between the two IMO.Controls customizable through the TOZO app. A lot of people are trashing the app. Look, you guys. It is not perfet but it does give you a little more control over your earbuds. I mean, for the price? IT IS AWESOME!!! You want MORE? By all means, go spend $250 on other brands with all the bells and whistles. For $50, they keep going FOREVER, are charging wirelessly, very decent sound quality, customizable through an app, very sturdy built, waterproof, EXCELLENT microphone/sound quality when used as bluetooth/handsfree with your phone, I mean… come on!! (Plus TOZO runs SEVERAL promotions every year, especially before they release a new model and you can snag a pair of these for even less!!).Excellent customer service, very responsive.ConsNot very many here. As I’ve said they are a little bulky compared to my A1s (btw A1 are minis to begin with, something the Crystal Buds do NOT claim to be) and I can feel them in my ears but NOT in a painful way. I just know they are there. My ears do no get sore even an 8 hour wear but I just KNOW they are there. Not a big deal for me, but if you are a little sensory sensitive, this might be a deal breaker for you.The touch controls are not as sensitive as the A1 or the “T” series. Ok, note here: the A1s are TOO sensitive. The slightest touch of my hair, my finger accidentally touching them while I am tucking my hair behind my ear etc, would trigger the A1. These are not as sensitive… which is great until you realize, they are NOT as sensitive 😀 😀 and you have clicked 10 times before they respond and then realize you have overclicked 😀 :DThe controls are customizable through the app though (that’s a CON), so you can tinker with that.App could use some improvement but I know they are working on this.No other colors. Come on TOZO, We LOVE the colors. You have so many other options in other models. Please keep offering different colors in all your models, especially for a family of 6 that has keeps buying your products. We love knowing whose is what by having different colored earbuds. I almost didn’t buy them because I did NOT want black!! (Glad I did)Overall:GET THEM. The price for what they offer is exceptional. 110% worth it, especially if you are not a sound snob 😀

TOZO proving once again that quality buds don’t need a massive price tag.
These ear buds are absolutely the best I’ve owned. They fit very nicely, the touch controls are intuitive, and the case design is surprisingly sturdy. The crystal top is a nice touch. The pros:Usb-c charging!! This was a major requirement when I was looking for a pair of earbuds to purchase. I couldn’t tell for certain if they charged with type c or microUSB, luckily it was exactly what I wanted.High quality and great fit. I don’t like earbuds with a stem, and I don’t like the Apple shape, which some companies try to emulate. These are the version with no stem, but they also have a neat shape that fits in the ear nicely, and they don’t fall out that easily. The case is built very nicely, and it’s not too big either. They have wonderful sound quality. I don’t know if they’re adjustable or if there’s an app; while I write this I can’t remember if the listing included it and I don’t use it (yet?) If there is one. Out of the box, the base is nice but not too overwhelming, it’s clear and not muffled, and they can get pretty loud without needing to turn them up very far.Edited to add: there is an app. You can only adjust the buds if they’re both connected to your device. The app is pretty easy to use and I believe it’s just called TOZO.The cons:The case doesn’t hold a charge very long. Now, the earbuds themselves do and I think each one charges twice before the case dies. It’s not a huge deal because of how long the buds themselves stay charged, but if you do need the case to last a while, keep this in mind. The screen on the front of the case keeps track of the battery life of each earbud and the case’s battery and updates as you charge it, which is nice. The alert sounds the buds make are a little confusing. Don’t get me wrong, the sounds are actually not bad, they just confused me a bit when I first got them. Out of the box, one earbud was dead. When I paired it (which was easy btw), it kept alerting me to that. I wasn’t sure what the alert meant and at first that bud wouldn’t connect. Admittedly, not sure why that happened. I unpaired the earbuds and let them pair while still in the case, which I highly suggest you do the first time as well. This time it worked, but the alert kept sounding. It eventually dawned on me that the earbud was probably just dying, so I put it in the case and all was well. They don’t speak, each alert is melodic and not startling. Just keep in mind that your earbuds aren’t broken out of the box, they might just be dead. (Do not forget to peel the blue tape off the connectors).Overall, an amazing set of earbuds. TOZO seems to deliver quality earbuds every time, and the price is incredibly reasonable. A contender in the ring with the expensive ones for sure.

Good Sound Good Value
UPDATE, 6 May 23, Well kudos to Tozo customer support. Shortly after posting my original review the touch controls on my left earbud stopped working. They otherwise worked fine just no touch controls for the left earbud. I contacted Tozo directly thru the app. They asked me to try one thing, when that didn’t work they immediately sent out a new pair which arrived the next day. No complaints about the new pair. When they connected to the app all my previous settings were still in effect for my new pair. Seriously Tozo wants to do right by their customers, if you have a problem give them a chance to fix things. In my experience Tozo gives great value on modestly priced earbuds. Now I kinda want to try their more premium models.Original review – Two things first. I only use earbuds for music, phone quality – don’t care. And I have two other Tozo earbuds – a T6 (old style) and an A1. Tozo is a great brand and should be better known and appreciated by users and reviewers. I got these for $30 and am very happy. Unlike most inexpensive earbuds these came with a big selection of decent eartips. So getting a good seal which was a problem before isn’t with these. Battery performance is great. My other Tozos are more than a year old and their batteries still going strong. Love the built in level indicator. The case is fine yah it’s a fingerprint magnet but no big deal it functions fine. Now about the sound. These can use the Tozo app and for me it’s needed. The app allows modifying the touch controls and the sound signature from several pre-selects or using the equalizer to create your own. Now my other Tozos didn’t use the app so the sound signature they came with is what you got. And it was good and I liked it. The starting sound signature for these is kinda out there, too much bass too much treble, mids almost absent. Not for me so after playing with the app I have the sound I want. Tozos have never been bass shy so even at a flat setting you get plenty with no distortion and I get the sparkly bits back with clear vocals. Aaaahhh. The app on Google Play doesn’t get a very good rating but I had no problems with it. Did my adjustments with my Samsung tablet. It does what it needs to as far as these earbuds go. The touch controls work as intended not too sensitive. I’d call these earbuds mid-sized the design has them sit firmly in the ear. While not featured with full time noise reduction I find with the good seal they block out most other sound which could be a problem or a plus. Finally the bluetooth connection is solid for a good 30-40 feet.

The ultimate in the line of very good wireless earbuds from Tozo
The media could not be loaded.
This is my 3rd pair of Tozo wireless ear buds. I just keep being more impressed with each new model they come out with. This latest version, the Tozo Crystal Buds, has added several features that improve the ease of use and quality of the buds, and enhanced existing features from previous other models in their lineup. For new features, the earbud case and charger now has a digital readout of the state of charge of the case. This not only provides much quicker and easier read-out of the status, but also much better fidelity in terms of the exact amount left (every 1% of battery is distinguishable, rather than every 25% with the 4 LED design of others in the line-up). The charging case also has a latch button that is much easier to grab and push with your thumb or fingers as it stands proud of the rest of the case (not a detent or depression as in the other models), especially when you have wet hands, gloves on, etc. Thirdly, the fit of these earbuds at least in my ears is far better than the Tozo T6 and A1 models. The fit of those buds are not bad, but they stick out more from the ear so when wearing them with a beanie or other ear-covering there can be pressure created that results in pain after wearing the buds for awhile. With the Crystal Buds and their much lower profile, the fit when wearing an ear covering is much better, and I have no pressure points or pain when wearing these with a beanie. Fourth, the Crystal Buds have superior active noise cancellation vs the other models I have used. These seems to go for both incoming music or calls, and outgoing voice when on a call. I can hear the content and call dialogue better (while surprisingly still being able to hear my surroundings well if there are vehicles traveling, or people talk to me), and people on the phone report being able to hear me more clearly as well. The listening and phone call quality on the A1 and T6 are not bad, but it is definitely better on the Crystals. Fifth, the touch response seems to work better and more reliably on the Crystal buds. This has been a point of contention in reviews on the A1 and T6 and I have had some issues there as well, where touches don’t always register or get the desired response from the buds. The response on the Crystal buds is more reliable perhaps due to having a larger touch sensing area. I have had good luck both with bare fingers and with touch-sensitive gloves on. 6th, the battery life of the Crystal buds when being used is significantly longer than with the T6 and especially the A1s. Truth be told I haven’t had a long enough listening experience yet to reach the battery level low warning on the Crystals, and I have went close to 6 hours at probably 60% volume on them. This would almost certainly be at or slightly beyond the limit of the T6, and definitely beyond the limit of the A1s. Notice a pattern here? Everything is significantly or at least marginally better on the Crystal buds vs the other good options I use from the Tozo line of earbuds. Now the trouble is fighting my wife for them as she requested to try them after seeing how “cute” the case for the Crystal model is and now loves how they feel in her ears and how great the sound quality is. On the point of sound quality, these are the best I have used. No, I have not used the $100+ dollar options from Beats or Sony etc, and maybe ignorance is bliss but these leave me wanting nothing in the sound quality department. Tozo also has a nice and intuitive app for adjusting the equalizer for these buds and the range on all of the adjustments is quite wide, so if you would like to adjust the sound you are getting there should be plenty of room for you to get what you want. The out-of-the-package equalizer is set flat and the sound quality is still great. I prefer a bit more powerful equalizer settings on both ends of the frequency range and the Crystal buds embrace this with strong, clear base and nicely-differentiated highs with clear lyrical notes. Again, coupling this with the improved active noise cancellation the listening experience on these buds is great, and a marked improvement over the already good T6 and passable A1.Thanks so much for reading my review, hopefully it helps you learn more about this product and make a good decision on the right product for you!

+Battery, Fit -Noise Isolation, Multipoint
(bought lightly used, discounted)The +audio quality is great and they don’t risk slipping out of your ears due to their +unique shape.+Battery life is also great, and I charge up the case with the earbuds only about once a few weeks which is handy in case I’m going on a long trip. didn’t know I’d need or like the case displaying the battery life but it’s handy-Passive Noice Cancellation: I can hear what’s going on around me with these in, though it’s somewhat muffled. Didn’t expect high quality noice isolation, but still am kinda disappointed-Multipoint Connection: If you have these connected to one device, you must unpair them before connecting to another, or quickly after turning them on/opening the case, select the earbuds from the new device and hope it connects first. big disappointment for me who switches between phone and laptop usage often-few Audio Issues: had a brief period where they would connect to something but no audio would play. hasn’t happened sinceOverall: good for basics, but will be looking for a new pair.

Finally A Pair Of Earbuds That Work (sort of)
I bought 4 pairs of earbuds from different makers. All of them had issues except these.I did have to use their app to customize the sound. Without customizing, the sound was tinny. Changing the size of the ear adapters helped also. The only reason I took of the star is that tapping the earbud is sensitive and I’ll bring up the dreaded Automated Call screen. Luckily it only called home and not my work. I don’t why earbuds are now bringing up the auto call, but it’s annoying and almost as bad as having your phone buttcall people. But other than fiddling with their sound app and the auto call, everything was very nice. The buds stayed in the ear while running and they were comfortable and the sound (after playing with their app) was very good. Also wanted to add that the charging was a bit weird. I had only used the earbuds for an hour and put them in their 100% charged case and when I went back to grab them, the case only had 40% charge left. So I’m not too confident about their advertised charge numbers. These earbuds are not perfect, but out of the 4 low cost options that I bought, these were the best.

Great sound if you give it a chance!
Most people equate good sound in listening devices to how loud the bass is. Most people who work with audio equipment would disagree. Good sound comes from clarity, tone, and tuning. The clarity is how well you can pick apart each instrument and track in the music and how separate they are. The tone is more difficult to describe, but it has to do with certain frequencies (high pitches and low pitches) sounding off or harsh. Tuning is how each pitch is boosted or brought down in the mix of sounds. These earbuds come with a default boost in the bass frequencies and the mids (most vocals and instruments) brought back slightly. The highs (most percussion) are mostly balanced. If you work with the Tozo app a little bit, you can change the tuning to your likings. Sometimes the default bass is a little loose sounding or sloppy, so I find that bringing it down a little bit tightens it up while still allowing it to be heard. In summary, work with the buds a little and learn about sound tuning some before deciding one way or the other about the sound quality.

Sleek Design but a little bulky
This is my second pair of Tozo earbuds.. What drew me to this product was the sleek design and the power display on the front of the case. The quality of the sound is clear. i havent stretched the battery life yet because I prefer my older model and only use these when I’m on zoom on my computer. The reason is that they are a little bulky and I can’t figure out the perfect position to fit them in my ears. Therefore, I can’t wear them for a long time due to the little knobs digging into my ears.. If they fit your ears better, this is a great product with good sound and a cool case.

Very nice set of earbuds
One of the things I LOVE about TOZO products is that they come with 5 or 6 different-sized ear rubbers. I have small ears and even the smallest one that comes with a typical set hurts me after wearing for more than half an hour. With TOZO, I can find a pair that fits my ears and lets me keep the earbuds in my ear for long periods of time. The curves of the earbuds fit nicely in my ear as well and looks super-cool.The case has gentle curves and slides in my pocket. The earbuds snap magnetically into the space they’re designed for but it’s easy enough to take out. The lid also snaps shut magnetically and they have a button on the front that protrudes from the face of the case so it’s easy to flip open.I don’t listen to music so I can’t speak to nuances of bass or treble, but when I talk with people on the phone the sound comes through clearly.Another thing I like is the quick pairing time with my phone. It has always paired by the time I have them in my ears. The only two negative things are that sometimes people had a hard time hearing me when I was handling a call (not because of background noise- it does a fantastic job of filtering that out). One other issue I had was that after several months of use, the left earbud stopped charging from the case and died. TOZO has amazing customer care and in the past, when I had an issue with a different pair, they worked with me for a few minutes trying to correct the problem and as soon as they saw they couldn’t, they sent out a brand new pair. As I received this one for free from them, I didn’t feel right in reaching out to them. I just use the one earbud that works and it’s ok.

Touch Controls
I have supported TOZO for years and have always been extremely pleased. I tend to use the earbuds until it is time to retire them. As such, I use the life out of them. :-)I recently had to retire my TOZO T12 which lasted over two years. {It should be noted that I wear them daily.} I enjoyed them so much that I almost ordered another T12 but then decided to upgrade.I received the TOZO Crystal last week and the aesthetics are wonderful. My only concern is the touch controls. On all of my previous TOZO’s the touch controls were extremely simplistic, however, I have not had much success with answering calls, in particular, with the Crystal. Whenever I attempt to do so it ends the calls. I have been successful with powering on and off the earbuds. I decided to review the instructions again to confirm that I am pulsing correctly. After confirming, I attempted again to only meet with the same concerns. For the aforementioned reason, I awarded only four stars, I plan to continue efforts for one week and if no success is present, I will commence a return.I would appreciate any advice or recommendations for other TOZO family members as it would be my desire to retain the TOZO Crystal earbuds.Cheers

S TIER HEADPHONES
The media could not be loaded.
I didn’t even know where to start with my review because of how in love I am with these headphones. I guess I’ll start by saying the microphone is BOMB. I usually have issues with text to speech picking up my voice, but using the headphones, things come out clearly. In fact, I’m using it right now!The quality of the sound in these headphones blow every other pair I’ve ever had out of the water. Not only do they do an amazing job of blocking out outside noise, but the quality of the sound itself is amazing.I love to listen to music just about most of my day. Alot of times most headphones I get a fall out of my ears after a few hours, because I have wet earwax. I don’t at all have that problem with these! It’s to the point where I just came from a workout, walked all the way back to my dorm (a good two miles away) and haven’t had any issues and haven’t had to adjust them at all. These headphones are able to get louder than any other ones I’ve had before (especially AirPods) which I truly appreciate. They also last me my entire 8 hour shift at work which is a big plus. Random aside that most people won’t care about, I found it oddly amusing how these headphones make me feel strangely futuristic. Something about seeing the battery life ON THE CASE is so mesmerizing every time I see it . Especially because it shows what percentage each ear is at.Also, enjoy how discreet the headphones are. Sometimes I like to listen to podcasts when I sleep, and when I do, I have headphones in. with most headphones, they are too bulky and hurt the inside of my ear, or just get too uncomfortable to lay with. With these, I don’t even notice them.Lastly, the cherry on top for me is the ability to answer calls, skip songs, and turn up and down the volume by tapping the headphones themselves. Most of the time when I’m using my headphones I’m at work so I don’t have my phone in hand. With these, that’s not a problem. If you’ve managed to read this far and the headphones sound good to you, that’s because they are and I would recommend you get them! Peace and love y’all ☮️❤️

I lose them all the time!
These are the only earbuds I’ve EVER had that I forget are in my ear. I usually only wear one at a time. I’ll look around for the earbud, and the dang thing is in my ear. They are so comfortable. No issues with sound quality in or out. They last me all day at work without recharging. They’re just good earbuds.

Good earbud for the price. Another great product from Tozo
After more than a month of using regularly, this earbud, in my opinion, is a very good one to have if you are looking for an extra pair of earbud. I have used many Tozo earbuds before so the quality and build and the technology that Tozo uses is not so strange to me. However, since I already have the nc7, nc9, t10, and if you ever have one of those, this is not a upgrade, but rather is a downgrade. Because:- No voice response when the earbud connected to your bluetooth device. In stead, a notification sound will let you know whether it’s connected or in pairing mode.- Clear plastic cap is easy to be scratched if you like to store it with other item in your bag. And once it’s scratched, they’re very noticeable. On the other hand, if you are looking for a new pair of cheap/afforable but good earbud, this one would make you happy.- The clear cap really make your earbud stand out.- Sound quality is good with clear treble and bass.- Touch control is very easy and simple to use.- The LCD display shows tou the battery percentage is a great addition to the design in stead of the 4 dot light on others. I really really love the display on this one.- small, compact case and the earbud is fit perfectly in my ear. It comes with many different size of rubber cushion so you can swap to the one the fit you the best. I wear this over 4 hrs almost everyday and it hasn’t hurt my ear a bit. Fit snugly and won’t fall of while I’m walking/jogging.- USB type C charger, which is very common these day.- Water resistant is a plus. I’m jogging under the rain and this still works perfectly- the bluetooth range is super. I could get really far from my phone without losing connection. In conclusion, once again, if you are looking for your first pair of afforable earbud, or if you looking for an extra one to use without worrying about losing/breaking it while working or exercising, i highly recommend this product. You will not disappoint.

Tozo Crystal earbuds are impeccable
I’ve had many earbuds. These are excellent:Love independent battery info on the charging case which shows battery charge levels independently for charging case, Left earbud, and Right earbudThe fit and comfort are excellent. 6 different size tips for ear sizing covers XS all the way to XLThe magnetic case is very easy to open with secure closure and easy opening . Some reviews make it sound hard to open though it is easyThe equalizer options within the app are nice. Default setting is a flatter frequency response levels from lows all the way up to high notes. Many earbuds default setting is extremely bassy, which although sounding powerful and Rich at first, this overwhelms high notes and leads to listening fatigueExcellent microphones yield clear sound during phone calls:The biggest positive is what people tell me during phone calls …my voice sounds like I am right next to them. The microphones are very sensitive and I’m told I sound vastly more clear than using either the phone in normal mode or speakerphone mode. This makes hands free phone calls far better for the person I’m speaking with , while also providing me with exceptional fidelity in hearing their voice .These earbuds are better than any I’ve used before for call fidelity.Battery life is also very robust, both for the earbuds themselves and also the charging case. I can’t say how impressive it is that you can see the battery level of L earbud, R earbud , and charging case displayed right on the charging case! The noise cancellation is a perfect fit of cutting out a lot of the ambient noise without making you unaware of the sounds around youI also appreciate the seamless Bluetooth performance in terms of quick pairing, no intermittent clicking Or blank sounds (seen this many times with competitors), and shockingly good rangeTozo pricing is amazingly reasonable and their customer support after purchase is 100%.These are sincerely impressive earbuds for a fabulous price.

Good, feature-packed earbuds for the price, if you can live without noise cancellation
I got these a few days ago, so I’m still living with them. This is really just an initial impression.Pros:– Good volume. These are powerful buds.– I like the shape. When you have touch controls, it’s important that you have a clear touch area that’s distinct from the rest of the earbuds (so that you can adjust the earbuds without triggering the controls). These buds accomplish that with flat sides you can hold on to to adjust them.– There’s a good app. You’ve got custom EQ settings you can save, you can adjust the touch controls to your heart’s content, and you have the ability to update the firmware. Right out of the box, I got a firmware update.– To my ears, the sound was pretty accurate. One test that I use is to play Counting Crows’ “Round Here”. If I can hear the opening sound fade in, I know they’re good earbuds, because they’re capturing that range.– To get Qi wireless charging at this price is surprising.Cons:– No active noise cancelling. At this price, that’s really just a nitpick. Realistically, at this price, you might get ANC, or you might get wireless charging, but not both.– If you’re a basshead, you probably won’t love these out of the box. You can probably adjust the EQ until it’s acceptable to you, but the settings out of the box are moderate. These aren’t the kind of earbuds that’ll thump your ears, out of the box.I’m not going to count it as a negative, but I ended up switching out the eartips. If you really want sound isolation, I suggest ditching the included eartips and spending about $12 on a set of foam eartips. They block sound much better than the silicone eartips in the box.

Just great.
Never really tapped into the full potential with the app. Had set it up and updated it but never used the app but they rocked well and sat in the ear very nicely. Especially in a hard workout environment. Worked in shower and steamy environments had actually even passed them along and have heard well of them. Very good for the price and build.

Excellent Sounding Budget Buds. Tozo delivers once again.
I am a Tozo fan, for years now. I have 4 pairs that have served me well while not breaking my wallet compared to more “known” names out in the world. Technology moves at a breakneck pace and Tozo has kept up. These buds are smaller form factor than my previous pairs and it makes carrying them around even easier. Also by extension, losing them :(. I haven’t had that problem yet but I am wary. The sound field is excellent with the Crystal Buds out of the box but with the Tozo App the game changes even more. Bluetooth devices are generally on an island somewhere off in the distance for me when it comes to customizing the sound. The Tozo G1 gaming buds have a built in EQ setting for game mode and I thought that was great. These puppies using the Tozo App take things a notch higher. I am glad to see Tozo adapting to this and giving the user the ability to use preset sound scapes or just set their own with the 10 band EQ Tozo app. This particular feature is what propels the Crystal Buds to the top of my list for music listening. My Tozo T10’s, T12’s, G1’s and NC2 all sound amazing as well but it saddens me that I cant go that extra mile with the app (they are not supported). That being said, I will still use my NC2s out in the world because being able to hear whats going on around me is key. I wish the Crystal Buds would have implemented the transparency mode tech. Woulda, coulda, shoulda… oh well. Other than that, I am loving what I am hearing. The fit is great and while I rarely use the included ear tips they did sound really good but I always replace them with foam tips for softer snug fit that amplifies bass to the max. When coupled with the EQ I have more control of the soundstage than ever before. The noise cancelling works very well and with foam tips it’s even better at blanking out external sounds. Battery life is great and the case, while simplified in some ways delivers true pocket portability unlike the Tozo T10’s or T12’s. Even the more forgiving cases of the NC2 or G1 can be a bit much when in a front pocket. Not for these little guys. I barely notice them. Again, it makes me wary of not realizing if I lose them somewhere. 🙁 The touch controls are responsive and the voice prompts where a nice surprise when I received a call. My voice was clear and there wasn’t any issue when talking to people.Overall Tozo has done it again. A great sounding budget product that competes with the big boys and delivers on multiple levels. I look forward to what else they come out with in tandem with their Tozo app. Great product! Highly recommended!

Good product, amazing customer support!
I have used other Tozo earbuds in the past, with my current daily driver being the NC9 Plus. I have found Tozo products, and their earbuds in particular, to be a solid product at a good price. These new Crystal Buds continue that tradition. The packaging of the earbuds is simple but elegant. You get the buds inside their charging case, a simple instruction booklet, USB-A to USB-C charging cable and a few different earbud tips in different sizes.I think these are the nicest looking earbuds that Tozo has made so far. The case and earbuds both have a glossy black finish with Tozo branding. I do wonder how the finish will hold up as the case gets thrown into pockets and backpacks, but out of the box, it looks great. The charging level is displayed on the front of the case – totally hidden until it turns on. I find it a tad difficult to actually remove the earbuds from the case (I like the NC9 Plus better in that regard) and I wish they were labeled with L & R so it was easy to tell which is which at a glance (again, the NC9 Plus has this covered).Probably the most important thing is sound quality, and I have no complaints here. Out of the box, these sounded perfectly good to me. This is the first set of Tozo earbuds I’ve used that supports their phone app. I’m on Android & the app seems to work well. It connected quickly to the earbuds and found an available firmware update which took a few minutes to install. You can choose from a range of different preset sound profiles, and further adjust them with a graphic equalizer type slider. For me, the Bass + setting sounds the best, but the ability to tweak to your individual preferences is a nice benefit.Overall, I find these to be a very good earbud choice from Tozo. I think I’ll stick with my NC9 Plus most of the time (especially for travel) but these are a great pick for someone who doesn’t need the noise cancelling feature. Highly recommended.UPDATE: After using only a few times, the left bud has stopped producing any sound. The touch controls on that bud still work, it still charges, but no sound whatsoever. Have tried resetting, etc – all to no avail. First problem with Tozo buds that I’ve encountered.UPDATE 2: Tozo customer support reached out to me after reading about the issues I had with my left earbud failing. They offered to send a replacement set or a different set of earbuds of my choosing. I am happy to report I have received the replacement and they are working great. Thanks to Tozo for supporting their customers and products.

Many Improvements to Already Great Earbuds – Review updated for malfunction after 2 months
Update:After about 2 months, the right earbud has dropped in volume compared to the left. Followed reset procedure but it did not fix the problem. I only use one earbud at a time so they are still usable for me but for someone who uses both at once, this would be an issue. TOZO earbuds have been a good brand with good sound quality and great durability but I cannot recommend this model. Their other models I’ve tested over the years have worked flawlessly and I would suggest their A-1 model instead of these, or T-10 if you are planning to use them in the shower.Original review below:I’ve used five different models of TOZO earbuds for several years now and these Crystal Buds are the best I’ve tried. I received them as part of a promotion.Sound quality is excellent and only sound professionals or enthusiasts will likely find anything to criticize. A single earbud battery lasted about 8 hours of continuous playback with one charge in my timed test but if you only use one ear, you can just take out the second one and then charge the first without bluetooth disconnecting or even pausing playback. So you can get several days of playback with a full charging case, depending on usage and volume. Price is great for what seems to basically be the equivalent of Google or Samsung earbuds.I just received these Crystal Buds and so can’t speak of their longevity though in my experience, TOZO earbuds in general have been quite durable and long lasting (until I lose them). I only ever had one pair (A-1 model, not these Crystal Buds) that the charging prongs got a little worn. The A-1s still charge ok but need occasional prong polishing.Improvements Over Previous Versions:Microphone: Previous TOZO versions with a built in mic were nearly unusable for a phone call. In my testing with the Crystal Buds, I almost couldn’t tell any difference in sound quality from using my Galaxy S22’s built-in mic vs the mic on the earbuds, just slightly more tin-canny than usual phone call but still easy to communicate hands free. This is impressive since the phone mic is in front of your mouth but the earbud mic has to pick up ambient noise from the side of your head.Ear drum pressure: Previous TOZO versions would sometimes make a vacuum or high pressure and hurt your eardrum when inserted or when you pressed the button too hard but these seem to have fixed that problem and I haven’t experienced any pressure pain inserting or removing them.Water and button sensitivity: Previous TOZO versions were water resistant but their button was too sensitive. So when you would take a shower, previous versions would think you were holding the button down and turn the volume all the way up or down. They would also register any slight brush or repositioning as a button press and pause or start your music. The Crystal buds have a much less sensitive button that mostly only works when you actually want to push it and worked fine through a whole shower without pausing, though they did slip out of my ears when wet. I think that can be fixed by trying some of the larger tips they include but haven’t tried yet.Cons:The only thing I miss from previous versions is they changed the voice messages like “low battery” or “Your headset is connected” to different beeps and boops that you don’t really know what they mean but definitely not worth taking off a star for that.

Great sound and quality for a budget friendly price
I have had the Tozo NC9’s for over a year now. The NC9’s are great and I use them for listening to music and noise cancellation when I need to concentrate. Customer service has been great so when I was offered a chance to try out the new Tozo Crystal Buds I absolutely wanted to. I have had some of the other more expensive brands and in my opinion, the Tozo brand can easily compete. I sent a $200 dollar pair of ear buds back because the Tozo’s were more comfortable and just as good sound quality. The CaseThe case of the Tozo Crystal Buds is stylish and compact with wireless charging capability. The USBC is great when I’m on the go and need charging although the battery life supports all day use for me. The battery percentage indicator is a nice feature although not a must have for me. My NC9’s have 4 dots that serve the purpose for me. I do feel the case cover feels a bit cheap compared to my MC9’s case cover. It feels like it could break easier if dropped.Ear BudsThe Crystal Buds are more compact compared to my NC9’s and slightly more comfortable. I feel the sound quality is definitely improved from my NC9’s and I was happy with that quality. The Crystal Buds defiantly block out ambient sound which is nice when you just want to sit back and indulge in music. The Crystal Bud’s sound EQ can be controlled through the Tozo app. The app rating on the Apple App store is only 1.75 stars. I didn’t see any reason for that low rating. The app did what it was designed to do which is change the EQ settings dependent on the user’s music selection. I think the app deserves a better rating than it’s receiving.ConsMy biggest complaint I have with the Crystal Buds is I miss the active noise cancellation and transparency mode the Tozo NC9’s have. For me not having these two features like on the NC9 are now deal breakers when I need to replace my NC9’s. I used the Crystal Buds to make a phone call and the call was crystal clear. What I didn’t like was I couldn’t tell how loud I was talking because there is no transparency mode.OverallOverall the Crystal Buds are compact and comfortable with great sound at a very budget friendly price. When I just want to listen to music and don’t need to be aware of my surroundings, I will certainly opt for the Crystal Buds. For all else I will stick with my Tozo NC9’s just to have transparency mode and active noise cancellation.

THE BEST TOZO EARBUDS YET!
I’ve tried several pairs of TOZO earbuds and like them all, however I think the T18 earbuds are my absolute favorite yet.I really liked the size of the TOZO A1 earbuds (Still do), but they didn’t come with a wireless rechargeable case. If you don’t use induction chargers, and this doesn’t matter to you, the the A1 earbuds are great if you want small earbuds for sleeping in.These TOZO T18 earbuds are small profile and fit in my ear nicely to where I can wear one to bed to listen to videos, music, or whatever to help me fall asleep. I am a side sleeper, so it’s important that I am able to switch to either side and not have to worry about the earbuds , and these T18’s hit the mark perfectly. AND……….the case charges wirelessly. I often found myself not having a full battery in the A1 earbuds because I forgot to plug them in, but with the TOZO T18’s, I just set them on the wireless charger and I’m good to go for the next night forever. These TOZO T18’s are also a little different than the other TOZO earbuds. They don’t talk to you with that weird voice saying connected, etc. Instead they play a pleasant tune when you take them out of the case and they connect flawlessly to my phone every time. I have a Samsung phone, so you iphone users will most likely have problems. (Just kidding. Just had to poke a little fun).Another great feature of the TOZO T18 earbuds is the digital display on the case. Not only does it tell you the charge of the case, but it also tells you the charge of both the left and right ear bud. A great feature if you take the earbuds on the go.The case is small and compact and the earbuds come out of their slots no problem. I’ve had some earbuds that are a little difficult to get a hold of, but the TOZO T18’s don’t have that problem. The sound on these is also crisp and clear. You can just tell by listening that they have a better quality sound than most other earbuds. Now a small disclaimer here, I don’t really listen to a lot of music, so I can’t tell you how the bass is, or any of the technical stuff, but I’m telling you, these really do sound great. You won’t regret getting these TOZO T18 earbuds and for the price compared to some of the other brands out there, these really can’t be beat.I’ll try to post some pics or a video once I get a chance.

Fits nicely, wide opening
These earbuds fit nicely and sound good! The earhole is very wide so there is less of a chance of the sound getting muffled (like the Skullcandy jib which is personally one of my favorite earbuds). The only gripe I gave so far is that the lid feels loose when opened. The only thing keeping the lid closed is a magnet, but the magnet feels sturdy so not too much of an issue there. When the lid is opened it feels like it could be pulled off or something. I would recommend taking care when the case is open so the lid doesn’t take unnecessary damage. The shape of these buds are nice and seem to fit pretty flush in my opinion. The buds also connect with the app. As far as controls, they are as the same as the T6. If you wanted to save a bit of money, the T6 is good but it doesn’t support usbC charging. The only gripe I have with the device itself is that when turning volume up or down, it seems to do one too many as it seems to keep going up by one when I let up on the finger press, though that is a bit to be expected with touch controls. I suppose you could swap that with play and pause if that was an issue for you. For some reason, maybe a defective case, but the case battery drains about 20% over twelve hours of idle time (not charging the buds). The case takes a bit to charge usually and usbC makes it faster, but the buds themselves can take a while though you should notice it unless you use them often. If you wanted, you could charge the case fully while you use the buds, or for me ore battery, charge the case and one bud while you use the other for music to get the most out of one charging session.All-in-all, I would recommend these if the case held it’s charge better and I’m assuming I had a defective unit. Like many of the TOZO brand products, it pairs nicely with a wireless charger so you can set and forget until you need them again.-Updare-The case holds a charge properly now. Apparently the case just needed to be changed fully. I was reviewing before using the charge the device was shipped with.

My favorite earbuds
These have been worth every penny. I’ll start off with saying these are great for people with small ears. I can wear these for hours with no pain. The sound and quality is great, no issues at all. The battery life on both the earbuds and the charging case are incredible. Ive only run the earbuds dead twice and I charge the case, at most, once a week.I really don’t have anything bad to say. Out of all wireless earbuds I’ve used, these are absolute favorite.

Love the display
Excellent audio quality and I really love the digital battery display on the front. Great fit for the earbuds, they don’t make my ears ache after wearing for long periods of time.

Great sound for the money
Ever since Bluetooth earbuds became commonplace, I’ve used them pretty much constantly throughout my days to listen to music while I work. Generally I’ve gone for the cheaper end of the range, buying whichever brand was less than $20 or so. I do appreciate good audio quality, but for some reason I assumed that earbuds didn’t have the quality range that speakers or headphones have, and that one pair was as good as the next if you weren’t willing to spend $150+ on audiophile models.Boy, was I wrong! For only about twice what bottom-dollar Bluetooth earbuds cost, these sound *way* better. It’s not even close. There’s actually solid bass, a bit of a discernible soundstage (though still far short of speakers), and some detail in instruments and voices. Entry-level buds can sound OK, but they lack any real presence, like these have. There are several sizes of rubber tips included, but I usually ignore those and use foam tips instead. Those completely seal your ear canals (much like Hearos or other foam earplugs like you should be wearing to concerts) to block out environmental sound and really put all of your focus into the music, while highlighting the strength of the bass.If there are two nitpicks, one would be that the app that allows you to choose from EQ presets *only* allows you to choose from presets – it doesn’t actually let you adjust the frequency response to craft your own sound. The other is similar, in that the EQ presets available seem to be a little bit heavy-handed in how they affect the sound. I like the R&B preset the most since it boosts both bass and treble, but at the same time it leaves the midrange kind of muddy and subdued.I’m not an audiophile, and these are not audiophile-grade earbuds – but for the price, I can’t imagine finding better sound anywhere out of reasonably-priced earbuds. They’re in a league above entry-level stuff, for sure.Battery life is great. I can get through a full day without running out of juice, and if I still want to listen in the evening, I can just charge them for 30 minutes or so and get a few more hours out of them. Also a great feature that the charging/storage case will also charge them up to 4 times using its onboard battery – means you can use these while traveling or in other situations where you might not encounter a wall outlet for a few days.

Good earbuds for the price but case was scratched up on arrival
After using Apple AirPods for so long these earbuds are a godsend. I had been too afraid to leave my little Apple bubble for so long because I like the congruity of it all. While these obviously do not have the seamless compatibility with an iPhone that the AirPods do, they definitely get along well enough…they are both very responsive to each other. The pairing was painless (once I figured out I needed to peel off the teeny tiny protective stickers on the charge nodes of each bud) and while the app isn’t amazing, it is still a plus. Their battery life is outstanding. I can’t speak to how calls are on them because I haven’t had one yet. They deliver better sounding music than the AirPods for sure, they also stay in my ears no matter what I’m doing. I typically do not like having things in my ears but while these are bigger than the AirPods I had, they are much more comfortable (I can only speak of 1st gen Pods). I’m not saying they feel great though. Of course, maybe if mine had come with the 5 pairs of differently sized tips instead of the weird bag of randomness I got (see photo) then I might find a more comfortable fit. It was a bummer to not get the correct tips but I am sure they’ll send a set if I contact them because from all the reviews I read it seems they have good customer service. The thing I am bummed about and that makes me give 1 less star (almost 2 less) is that the clear part of the case was all scratched and scuffed right off the bat (see photos). No doubt I would eventually end up scratching it myself over time but I would’ve liked to have it look new until that happened, especially since I had gone ahead and purchased a protective traveling case for it. I considered reaching out to them for an exchange but that would have meant sending these back which would mean no earbuds again plus the hassle of returning them while currently being unable to drive because of an issue with my legs.Ultimately, not the biggest deal that I received a scratched case and mismatched rubber tips…at least the earbuds work and they work well.

High quality and great fit
Great sound for purchase price. It was easy to use and set up, plenty of features. Last me all day without recharging.
