Tozo Tonal Dots are a really great choice for earbuds!
Great sound, great fit, easy sync. The Tozo app from the app store works great to adjust the sound to different music genres. I had a question about the Dots when I first got them and Tozo was very prompt in their response and very helpful. Great product…great company. I am obviously a fan and would by again.

Nice but a little large
Purchased these during Prime Days. They’re not bad, just a little larger than expected, but they work nicely. Sound quality is just OK. And once I switched the rubber nub that inserts in the ear they stopped falling out. Fortunately they survived the few times they fell out of my ears and on to the floor. Other headphones brands I’ve used have broken after one drop.

Good value
Affordable and seems to fit well. Will have to wait and see if battery will last as advertised. For now meets my needs

Easy to use
Easy to use. Has some features that my first pair I got from TOZO. That were NC2 s. I think they had better base sound and better noise cancellation. These new ones fit my ears better

Great for entertainment, maybe not for work
I was looking for a new pair of Bluetooth earbuds as my last ones are wearing out. I use these for music as much as for work. Overall they have great sound quality, work well for calls, have good controls, and are very comfortable. They have strengths and weaknesses for work and entertainment. Here’s my opinion.Positive:-Excellent sound quality: I’m very happy with the range of sound (highs and lows) and the volume.-Very comfortable: The earbuds fit and seal in your ear very well and comfortably. They are easy to put in and get the right fit with little adjustment, they also come with more tips than most other earbuds to ensure the right fit. The fit also blocks external noise, I can wear them while mowing and the sound of the mower is mostly blocked out.-Long battery life: I’ve used these for many hours, up to six in one use and have yet to have the battery run out.-Complete audio control: This is a requirement for me, these have volume +/-, forward, backward, play, pause, answer call, and hang up.-Clear call sound: they have very clear call sound, and other people can hear me very clearly. There is one negative here as they pick up all sounds around you (more on that later).-Wireless charging: The case can be charged wirelessly. I also like how it shows the case and each earbud charge capacity.Negatives:-External noise pickup: I use these to make work calls all the time. I had one call while I took my daughter to a park, the person on the other side said the surrounding noise (which was not excessive) was very clearly heard (they recognized I was at a playground before I even told them), and anytime the wind picked up it would drown me out and I would have to repeat myself. I finally had to go inside my car where it was quieter to continue the call.-Does not work with Windows 11: This is almost a deal breaker. They can connect to Windows 11, and Windows says they are working, however there is no sound through the earbuds. This is a known problem, and there does not currently appear to be a fix. They work on Windows 10 and older. I’ve actually been shopping for other earbuds to resolve this problem.-Gets loose while exercising: These work ok while at the gym for lifting, however when running, I have to continually adjust them because they keep sliding out. I haven’t had them fall out of my ear yet, but you can hear external noise getting past the tips and the sound getting quieter as they slip out.-Voice feedback seems clunky: This is not a functional issue, but makes them feel a little less than developed. Specifically when you double-tap the left earbud to go backward, the voice saying “Reverse” seems to be slower (as though at 0.75x speed) than all other vocal feedback. Again this is not a functional issue, but just makes it feel more like a product under development rather than complete. If it weren’t for the Windows 11 issue, I would give them 5 stars. Overall I’m happy with these earbuds, except for a couple things. I’ve tried out two other sets of earbuds since purchasing these (I can’t return these because I’m beyond the return window), but have returned those new sets and keep going back to these. I may try a set of the Tozo NC9 as they seem to have the same quality as these without some of the issues.I would recommend them to anyone looking for a set of earbuds for music and entertainment, but may recommend a different set for a professional looking for something for work.

GREAT BATTERY LIFE FOR THE PRICE.
I got the TOZO T12 Wireless Earbuds and so far I would have to say that I’m very satisfied with the battery, it lasts for me more than a whole 8+ hour shift at work without putting them back in the case to charge. I leave them in the case overnight so I have them ready by the next day. Also, the sound quality, I am not a sound expert but based on my personal use there are certain sounds that sound more amplified, if that is the correct way to put it, compared to my other headphones, evatronic’s aptx-HD wireless earbuds model BH032, which have been my favorite earbuds because of the battery life and sound. These earphones though like I mentioned seem to produce sounds with slight more amplification for certain sounds, BUT this is without using the TOZO App or any other equalizer app for sound. I have installed the TOZO app on my phone and I have to say you can use the App to create a better sound experience for music or podcasts.I have not had any issues with connection. It was easy for me to connect it through Bluetooth to my phone, and I also have it connected to my desktop computer which is an iMac running Sonoma 14.4.1.About the quality, these earbuds stay on my ear and it’s a good fit. I have not had them fall off so far, they are a comfy fit. The only issue I find about these earbuds is that I have to dry my fingers before grabbing them from the case or I would not seem to have a firm grip when I try to pull them out. If you have long nails though you won’t have that issue.Overall I’m very satisfied with these earbuds and I give it 5 out of 5.

Good sound…
Not as deep of bass as I had hoped, but the battery lasts a long time, and the sound is decent…

Small, comfortable, sound great.
These are comfortable, they fit nicely in my ears and, once you get the correct tips on them, and get a decent seal in your ear canals they sound amazing. The bass is present without being overpowering. I would definitely buy them again if needed, and will likely buy them as gifts.

My 3rd pair of tozo
My toddler has lost my first 2 tozo earbuds so this was my replacement. They’ve all been awesome, but I love the size of these ones over the other ones I’ve had. The battery life is fantastic, I charge maybe once a month and use about an hour or two every day inbetween. Works great for phone calls too. The price is fantastic for the quality you get. I’ll continue to replace with the tozo brand! (Hopefully I don’t have to keep buying them though)

Great ear buds
This was my first set and worked just as my beats for sound quality and the charge lasts for hours, I have yet to get below 50%. My husband wanted a pair, so he got this and I upgraded to Tozo Tonal dots. You will not be disappointed with either one of these earbuds.

BEST WIRELESS HEADPHONES YOU CAN BUY FOR UNDER $40
First off, these little guys kick ass. They’re super cheap (for what they are compared to other brands) AND as shown in the pic above they still work perfectly after taking severe damage. The pictured damage was my fault and I’m actually really bummed that I screwed them up.Absolute 5 Star product.

Amazing sound in a tiny package!
Love the fit and multiple ear tips, the performance is amazing! GREAT value for money and easy Bluetooth connectivity. These are my second set, I had T10 pair before and loved them and thought I would try the newer model. I am a huge fan! Also a great thing for calls and has good durability and noise cancellation.

Work Great!
The sound is great. Battery life seems to be very good. My husband and I share the ear buds while we walk and listen to music. Some ear buds don’t allow too much distance between them. This pair has work better than any we have tried. I would recommend them to a friend.

Great Battery Life!
These are an upgrade from my Tozo A1’s. Better sound quality, and I also like the charge meter. Ear buds are comfortable and stay in place fairly well. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a budget friendly option for earbuds.

Nice Earbuds
I like the earbuds, they fit good. Gave 4 stars because they don’t get louder. I wear them to walk on treadmill and mow and they are a little too quiet at full volume.

Good quality cheap “airpod” alternative
Alright. I bought these about a month and a half ago and wanted to write a quality review, so I waited. To rate these earbuds, I’m going to bullet point each aspect.1. Sound quality: The sound quality is pretty good. After being dropped 3x, the quality is still good. For piano music, the background can get a little tinny when playing high notes. This may have to do with the volume, but the quality is compatible with a product of this price. You don’t have to crank up the volume to hear well as the quality is good on both ends of the spectrum.2. Waterproof Features: I wore them in the shower the first time I purchased them. Music sounds strange when wet, so I did not wear them more than twice in the shower. They also get slick in the shower and tend to fall out if you pull it with hair (I have long hair.). The sound was good and they did not malfunction after wearing them in the shower. They dried off fairly easily. Sometimes the water hitting the earbuds can pause or skip songs if directly beating on the earbud.3. Sound proof: They do not cut out background noise like Bose headphones would do, but I wore these while on a tractor and they performed well. I could hear the music and make out the notes/voices while on a noisy tractor. You can still hear background noises, but they are minimized. I have not used these for running as I do not enjoy running, but they work well for other noisy activities. Depending on the volume you set them on, you can/cannot hear the noise of your footfall.4. Phone features: For phone calls, they did NOT do well while on a tractor. Bare in mind that I was on a tractor and the earbuds were picking up on ALL the noise of the tractor. I had to shout. Other than that, using phone connectivity while walking/driving works well. They were easy to use and I had no issues with the sound quality. Phone calls in the shower work ok. There is background noise that makes it harder to hear.5. Bluetooth connection: I have connected them to my laptop and my phone. No issues whatsoever. They connect well and you can personalize how you want them to sound. If you want the sound coming out of both ears or just one, you can adjust it on your phone/laptop. I had to turn off my phone Bluetooth to connect to my computer, as my phone was the primary.6. Single vs. Double: I have used them once as a single earbud, but that drives me crazy. The sound quality was very good when I used just one earbud. As I stated before, you can adjust the sound to fade from side to side, or to be the same for both ears. I have not messed with that setting as I am happy the way it is now.7. Case: The case charges easily and comes with a cord (USB connection) for charging. I had a puck for charging my phone wirelessly and the earbuds charge on this as well. When you drop the case, the earbuds may come out. I dropped them on concrete (which explains why the earbuds came out), out of my car, and off various countertops. They still work just fine. The magnetic closure is fairly solid, however the hinge on the case is a little flimsy. Still going strong. The LED display can only be seen when putting the earbuds in the charger or moving the earbuds to see battery level. The case shines blue when charging or when the earbuds are just placed in it. The case is a little bulky and does not fit in a pocket well. However, you can stuff it in your pocket or put it in a bag.8. Charge retention: The earbuds and case hold charge well. I wore the earbuds on a tractor for 7ish hours (hay season) and in a car (5+ hours) and they did not die. I did not charge the case for a cross-country trip and they did not lose charge.9. Touch features: The easy of pausing and increasing/decreasing volume using the touch screen was beautiful. I thoroughly enjoyed the ease of skipping songs, pausing my music, or answering phone calls with a touch. When they are wet, the touch features don’t work very well. If you wear them in the shower, beating water will pause/skip your music.10. Fit: These come with a set of various earbud tips. I changed mine out until I found the right fit. They are a little bulky when in your ear because they stick out. If you have long hair, be careful pulling your hair to one side or another as it will pull the earbud out. I have had issues in the past with pain associated with regular corded earbuds. These may get a little uncomfortable after about 2 hours of wear, but I have sensitive ears. A minor readjustment will take any discomfort away. They are a little heavy, but not horrible.Overall, I rate these a 4 star because they are good quality, waterproof, last, and are reasonably priced. If you want a pair of earbuds that work well and are not expensive, this is the pair for you. I would buy another pair. I recommend these earbuds because they are so reasonably priced for a good quality product. You get what you pay for and more.

Great purchase decision
I’ve always had AirPods because they were easy to use and great for my music and phone call needs. The AirPods were always a safe choice for my iPhone I felt they were just expensive. I finally decided against buying another pair and decided to try these Tozo Tonal Dots, and I’m glad I did. First off the price difference is night and day. I’ve used the Tozo’s for mowing the lawn and other yard work and the sound is great. They block the sound of the mower and they’re clear in your ears. I was worried they would fall out of my ears doing various acts throughout the yard but if you twist them in with the right ear cup size they’re locked it. 10/10 I would purchase again.

Pleasantly surprised.. very much recommended as an audiophile.
I come from using wired earbuds for the longest time, decided to jump on the bandwagon since I like to talk on the phone or listen to music while working on my vehicles. First and foremost, the sound quality of these is amazing. I believe these have a 10mm driver so the bass hits hard and has great clarity even at loud volumes. The bluetooth connectivity is flawless, connects fast and easy and haven’t had a single issue with this. Lastly, the microphone (which is located in the left earbud if I’m not mistaken) is not bad. If you speak too quiet it will have trouble picking up but otherwise haven’t had any problems. Lastly, the touch controls (and EQ) can be tweaked somewhat using the Tozo app which I very much like how they work. And they really do just work.

Sound quality
A couple of weeks ago I lost a pair of my $200.00 earbuds during a flight. I left them in my backpack and they fell out. I was quite upset since I had them for several years. Recently I made another purchase of new earbuds costing me almost $300.00. I prefer not to mention any product names but want to compare the price factor. After losing my original pair I was scarred and did not want to lose another expensive pair and decided to just use the new ones at the gym. I have to admit that I figured I would purchase a cheap pair for traveling and not be so upset for losing a $37.00 pair of ear buds. The issue I have is that these earbuds are amazing! The sound quality is actually better than my $300.00 pair. The bass and treble are spot on…for a set of earbuds. I highly recommend these earbuds and actually will be upset. I report back after a few months about their durability and whether the sound quality changes.

Sound and work great, slightly large fit.
I purchase these along with the T6 and prefer the T6 slightly more. These do have a bit more bass reinforcement but it also comes with a larger body. The things I like the most are the charging case as it shows the percentage of charge! Also nice case! They fit in my ear well but enjoy the fit of the T6 better. Both great products in there own ways!Battery life is great as well!

You will love these!
Comparing between the prior version of tozo 12, the prior had more bass (which I love). The 2023 version is a lot clearer (probably due to 5.3 bluetooth). Surprisingly these now connect to the tozo app where you can customize the settings to your liking. You can create multiple saved settings. Comparing to the galaxy buds pro 3, watching a movie in 360 audio, there is a slight difference using buds3pro versus these tozo t12 (using samsung phone dolby atmos setting). You can’t go wrong with these!

Best headphones I’ve ever ordered.
I love writing reviews because I’m never biased. I believe in giving truthful reviews because I’d want the same when deciding on spending my hard earned money. This is my first time purchasing TOZO headphones, and it’s definitely not my last.I’ll give my ratings with a highest level of 5 out of 5Overall Rating: 4.5Details Below.Sound Quality: 5The sound is amazing. I’ve listened to the following genre’s: Hip Hop, Rock, K-Pop, Anime Openings/Endings, and Game music. The base from these headphones are great in the ear. They feel just right. I have 2 12’s in my truck so I love bass and these headphones easily keeps my head bobbing from the bass alone. The volume is great, don’t worry.. you won’t blow out your ear drums, but they are pretty loud. The sound cancelling ability is extremely solid. I had my laptop playing videos inches away from me and I couldn’t hear a thing with the headphones only on 55%.Connectivity: 4.5The connectivity would’ve been a 5, but I have had 1 time where it was a little muffled for someone to hear me. I just put them in the case which auto turns them off and took them back out and they worked perfectly ever since. This took less than 30 secs. That being said, connecting these headphones are the easiest thing to do. Once you pull them out of the case they immediately turn on and start searching for your device. I have an Iphone 11 pro max, I opened the phone and chose the TOZO 12 and it connected very quickly. The whole thing took less than 2 minutes. I’m in conference calls multiple times a day, so I don’t always have the headphones on. If I receive a call while they’re off and in the case.. while the call is coming through you can take them out of the case.. they turn on and connect immediately without you having to pick up the phone. That’s really quick connectivity. The fastest I’ve had from any Bluetooth device.Call Efficiency: 4.5The calls are amazing with these things. It’s easy to forget that you’re wearing headphones. I’m being told that it sounds the same as using my normal phone and I agree. I can always hear the other person very clearly. I did have to turn my volume on my phone up to about 65%, but that’s the only thing that was somewhat a con. Just a little low. I normally have my phone below 50% when on the phone. Overall, the Mic is great on both sides. I did have one instance of someone saying I sounded muffled, but once I docked them and picked it up again.. I had no issues.Overall Feel: 5The feel of these things are amazing. They send 5 additional pairs of ear cushions (piece that actually goes in your ear) for you to make sure you have the right one’s for your particular ears. The originals worked perfectly for me. It’s so easy to forget that they’re in there. It’s not like the annoying headphones, these are actually comfortable. The case is great! Love the digital display. The whole case is magnet also, so it’s easy to place the headphones in as well as take them out. I have huge hands and I don’t have a problem taking them out so I’m sure you’ll be fine unless you’re Shaq or the Big Show.Ease of Use: 5These headphones are so easy to use. Just read the instructions because it’s very simple, but fun to use. It’s all by touch also. You can turn the volume up/down, switch songs forward/back, answer/hang up, use voice commands, etc. There’s so much more in these headphones that you’ll love them.Price: 5The price is so beyond cheap for what you get. That’s all I can say.Battery Life: 5I’ve wore them for 1.5 hours on a call.. maybe a little longer and when I placed them in the case to charge.. they didn’t go down at all. The case is a charger also.. not only does it charge while having a charge placed into them, it’s a hand held charger. I think it only works when your headphones need a charge also. I had it off the charge all night and it’s still at 100% while having the headphones within it all night.Stability: 5These things DO NOT move. I’ve jumped for awhile, ran around, walked, everything that I could think of and they DO NOT move!! It’s the first I’ve had like this, so I don’t know how to reactHope you enjoyed my review and that it’s helped you decide on buying these headphones or not. My recommendation is to buy them of course. Best money I’ve spent in years.

Honestly, best noise canceling.
I’ve had noise canceling headphones before but these ones are actually really good. I feel like I’m in a bubble, I changed the buds to fit the size of my ear and wow the difference it makes is astounding. These are amazing. A full charge allows me to wear them for an entire workday 15h and have no issues. Just place them in the case and they’ll charge themselves. I’ve had a lot of headphones and I don’t usually write reviews. But I love these. 10/10 would recommend for an office setting, or just a relaxing day, or just to forget the world exists.

Tozo T12 Earbuds You won’t regret buying. Awesome Sound, snug fit and all around great quality!!
After reading several reviews, these T12s seemed to be a very good deal. Especially for the price.I was quite skeptical because the last pair I just returned had some really great reviews too. However, I received my Tozo T12 Earbuds today, January 2, 2021. I received them just as all the video reviews stated with all the items included as advertised. Mine were charged to 85%. I followed the simple instructions and I was up and running in less than 5 minutes. I was seriously impressed with the sound quality. WOW!I let the earbuds and the base charge to 100%. I had some work to do in the garage that took about 1 hour. This gave me the time to play around with my new earbuds. Did I mention the sound quality? After several songs these earbuds are incredible. They are light weight and seems like they will stay in place. I was climbing and bending over, moving freely with no discomfort in my ears. In fact I had forgot these were in my ears at one point. I was able to quickly adapt to the touch controls. Very easy.I was having a conversation with my wife (after I paused the music) and I still couldn’t hear her clearly. I had to remove one of the ear pieces. The earbud really seals the outside noise very nicely. I’m going to try these when I use the trimmer this summer. They should act as a set of hearing protection and I can listen to music. But my real test is going to be when I use these at the gym. I only bought them for that purpose. For some reason, my gym loves to play some crap music. It sounds like they play the same song over and over and over. It is cruel and unusual punishment. The pair of earbuds I had and just returned never stayed in my ears. With a little sweat, I was constantly fussing with them and not having a good seal made the sound quality horrible. So we shall see if my Tozo T12s will do what the other one could not. From my short experience I have had so far I have confidence these WILL stay put and I will have the sound quality I was searching for. But I will soon find out on Monday!Update, today is January 20, 2021.Let me say, you will not be disappointed with the Tozo T12s. After a little more than 3 weeks, I have used these while climbing up and down a ladder, bending over, under ear muffs (wood working) just about any position and these ear buds DO NOT fall out and are comfortable. But most importantly, I use them at the gym. I don’t go to the gym to update my social status, I go there to sweat and I sweat a lot. These T12s have stayed in place and are comfortable. Never have I had to adjust or fuss with them after putting them in.You get a rich full range of sound. Deep bass and crisp highs. Incredible!! I’m hearing sounds that I have never heard from music that I have listened to for years. You have two sets of volume control. Your device, if turned way down, will affect the volume to the earbuds. And you have a volume control on the earbuds. Think of your device being the master volume control. If it is low or off you will not have very much volume at the earbuds even at full (on the earbuds). I set my devise almost up to full volume and control the earbuds from there. So far I have only had to charge the case only once in three weeks. The only negative thing I can say about these earbuds, the first week in the gym I was hearing a very loud popping sound from my left ear and only after the sweat started to flow. The popping happened with every step while running on the treadmill. It sounded like the cap on a jar when the vacuum seal was broken. But loud. I figured out that the silicone tip, after it was wet, was braking the seal between my ear and the silicone ear piece. I fixed that by buying a set of foam tips. I don’t hear the popping anymore. But I do hear my bones rattling around now. I can’t fix that. If you are experiencing this I think the foam tips can fix that. No need to buy an expensive pair. Here are the ones I bought. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07SN4HP5Z/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 $7.I hope this helps someone. Trust me I’m confident that you will love these too. Especially at the $40 price point. Good luck!

I was a little leary of ordering these; although they had some really great reviews (a LOT of them), they also had a very small amount of bad reviews that really worried me. However, I’m very glad I took a chance, and ordered them. They arrived very quickly, about 85% charged, but I went ahead and charged them up to 100% before using them. I’ve been using them for almost 2 weeks now, and I am VERY impressed. I have owned Airpods, Beats, and other extremely expensive earbuds (as well as many very, very inexpensive earbuds), and these are quickly becoming my favorite. The sound is very good, the fit is great, the battery life has been fantastic, and the features have been convenient and have all worked well for me. The “touch” is not too sensitive, I have yet to accidentally trigger it when adjusting my earbuds (knock on wood), and I took a shower with them the other day and they worked great! I have no complaints, and would absolutely recommend them and/or buy them again (as a matter of fact, I just ordered a second pair to give to my daughter). I have absolutely nothing negative to say, and if I do experience anything negative, I will update this review. Bottom line, you can’t beat these for the price, and I don’t think you will regret trying them out. I had never heard of them before I happened to stumble across them recently, and I’m glad I did.***UPDATE*** The only reason I took off one star (5-star to 4-star) is because of feedback from my daughter. Caveat, she is extremely picky! However, she thought the sound was a little muted, and not loud/crystal clear enough; she stated the sound is still good, but not as good as some of the other earbuds she’s owned (many, many earbuds! ranging from dirt cheap to very expensive). She also stated that with her long hair, and habit of brushing back her hair with her hands, she sometimes triggers the touch features; she also stated that when she took a shower with them, the touch features were falsely triggered a couple of times (she was not sure if it was her wet hair or the shower pressure). Overall though, she must like them because as I said she is very picky, and she did not ask me to return them. BTW, I have had them, and been using them for several months now, and I stand by my original review above.

A definite bargain! Great valued option. Everything you need nothing you don’t!
The media could not be loaded.
Improvements over the T10:- Better storage case with digital battery charging readout.- Different profile seems to fit your ears better- Comes with more options to help fit your ear size.- No Flashing lights when wearing the earphones like on the T10s.Pros:- No flashing led light like on the T10. Especially useful when using in your bed and not disturbing your mate.- Water-Resistant. I dropped one headphone while washing dishes and did nothing to the headphone. (Fixed fitment issue with a smaller earpiece included in the kit)- Has good quality sound. Both with music reproduction, to watching TV and Movies. Very deep Bass. Would like an option to have a app to adjust these settings with an equalizer.- The storage case has wireless charging, ability to charge the headphones on the go with the built in batteries. Has a digital read out showing you how much your headphones are charged. It will allow up to 4 charges on the headphones without recharge.- Good fit with a multitude of different ear pieces to customize the fit.- When pairing you only have to pair one device. They work in tandem or separately.- I am getting at least 6 hours of use with the headphones.Cons: (Nit picking here)- When wearing laying down and putting your arm over your head it can interact with the headphones. IE pause, next, previous, volume.- Headphone would benefit from some sort of removable laynard.- Would like a future versions to become even more streamlined.- Prefer the buttons on the T10s. I tend to engage the volume buttons on accident when I hit them laying in bed with my forearm. I didn’t have this issue with the T10s.I am pleasantly surprised with these little headphones. Although I have had experience with the previous generation the T10s. They left me wanting more. I considered many different options with many over double the cost of these headphones. Now owning and using these for a month I can definitely say they are a vast improvement over the previous generation. Compared to my previous wireless headphones my beats, these are a bargain, water resistant, as well as have a better battery life for me. The sound is good and will satisfy all but buy the most hard core audiophile. The miss and highs are responsive with a very deep bass. It would help though to have some sort of way to adjust these settings. They are water resistant to boot. Not affected by sweat when running nor from dishwater for that fact. Yes, I did drop them into a dish pan and they remained unaffected. They are rated water resistant for IPX8. Which is stated as immersion in to water of 2meters or right over 6feet for over 30minutes. The case on the other hand I would not submerse in water. But is well enough sealed to protect from spills or a little rain. I have constantly gotten over 6 hours of use out the headphones when used as a pair with normal use. Length of time varied over this depending on the activity and volume used. I haven’t really tested the standby time as I usually through them into the case after use and it recharges them It will do so up to 4 separate times when in the go without charging the case. Giving you a min of up to 24hours of continuous use as a stereo pair. Of course one can use these separately as well when laying in the bed or using as a phone earpiece. It will also extend the time out to double the normal time. When pairing they where easy to pair with my iPhone 11. They pair as a unit and not separately. Making it easy to use as a single earpiece if wanted. Especially useful when laying in bed and watching something on your iPad at night. I did not notice any noise leakage either at a higher volume. You can control certain functions from the headphones. Volume, Play, Pause, Previous, Next. The functionality did not change when covered in sweat when doing my daily runs. I did notice however when lying in bed and I touched it with my arm it would interact with the headphones. These headphones do not have an annoying light that blinks when in use like the T10s. A great thing when using in bed. They do have a small indicator blue and red that shows they are charging in the case. The units have been durable and seemingly well built. I have been pleased with them for the last month that I have owned them. Overall they have been a great set of wireless headphones using them with a multitude of activities. While running, fishing, household and yard choirs, for phone calls, watching YouTube at night on my Ipad, listening to audiobooks, music and many more.Note:I did get these as a bonus due to me having a previous generation for free. I want to be fully transparent here. Regardless, I have been unbiased in my review and did more a few negatives that I posted above. I do hope that my review helps answer any of your questions and helps you with your purchase. I am a post 9/11 combat soldier and extremely hard on my things. Especially my electronics. These have held up beautifully and would have loved to have something similar when deployed. I would not recommend using just these as hearing protection when shooting. In a pinch they do work btw!Addition: Had an issue with one of the headphones. It would automatically lower the volume without asking it to. I contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement without any issues. All communication has been easy with the manufacturer, prompt, and have addressed all my concerns. I have gotten more communications than most following up on the product for satisfaction.

Another nice pair of earbuds by TOZO
TOZO makes great earbuds. Very nice, quality earbuds for a great price. The sound is good, they are compact and light weight. Easy to pair with phone and user friendly controls. Tap to turn on / off. Work well for phone calls too. Last, they are comfortable which is a big plus for me.

Similar to the Samaung Galaxy Earbuds+ [2020]; ALMOST!
THE PACKAGING:From first opening the shrink-wrapped, high end professional looking box with the embossed TOZO & prominently displayed IPX8 Waterproof logo; to the high quality, holographic QR-coded 18-Month Warrenty sticker and foam-fitted packed box for safe product transport to its end-user, this TOZO T12 product is dripping with quality and professionalism right from the start before even turning on the buds…THE CASE:The case that houses and charges the TOZO T12 buds is made out of high-end polymer plastic complete with powerful magnets that will keep the buds within their place even while the case top is open, upside down and firmly shaken, the buds will not fall out. Now, keep in mind, from my experience (and opinion) with these types of cases and buds, even though the case is made to take the occational, accidental drops, I use a form-fitting velcro wire tie that you can get here on Amazon, or at any hardware store. This way if you dropped the case the vibrations resulting from the sudden hit to the floor will not forcefully eject the buds and loosing them. This case uses a USB-C type charging cable requiring 5v @ .5A to charge the built-in case’s 500mA v3.7 1.85Wh battery. Wireless charging needs 5v @ .4A input from a wireless charging pad.THE SOUND:Here is something to keep in mind when using ANY Bluetooth wireless devices. The bluetooth singnal is considered a PAN by industry standards. The Personal Area Network is not meant for long range usage 30 ~ 35 feet is all it is really intended for even when using v5.0 Bluetooth devices (earbuds, headphones, speakers, transceivers, etc). You see the signal is just that… a “device used to carry a PAN wireless encrypted frequency from Point A (usually a mobile device or a wireless transceiver) to Point B (a designated, usually paired device accepting that frequency). A BLUETOOTH FREQUENTCY HAS NO AMPLIFIED PROPERTIES. The amplification of sound falls back to the device SENDING the signal to the receiving device. With this clarification (I hope 😉), I am using my Samsung Galaxy S9+, with one of the best music players on Google Play, PowerAMP (latest version), with its extensive , highly flexible EQ, separate bass/treble controls with music purchased from Amazon Music (standard MP3/AAC formats), I can tell you that the music has a decent sound (my test song was Armin van Buuren’s “A State of Trance 2019″‘s “Tesla” which has a decent mixture of Bass, Midrange, and Treble beats) when it comes to the midrange and treble, but the bass could be a little more pronounced, but it is stll great and robust enough to get the point accross. It is not significant enough to remove an overall star for it though.Noise-Cancellation & Fit:I am basing my findings and experience because I own a set of Samsung Galaxy Earbuds+ (2020 version) and comparing its noise-canceling features with these TOZO T-12s. As far as the noise cancelling properties are concerned they are great ONLY IF you are NOT expecting to hear much of what is going around you! I double-checked the book and it said nothing about an Ambiance sound feature, like the Samsung Galaxy Earbuds+ (2020 version). This feature allows the person wearing them to hear what is going around around them with the help of the built-in microphone(s), like with the Samsung Galaxy Earbuds+, turning the microphones on via the Ambiance feature allows the wearer to hear whats going on around you within your current environment, while still maintaining the buds secure fit within the ear. The TOZO T-12s do not have this feature. I consider this an actual safety feature, if your journey takes your jog/run/bike on busy streets.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT USE THESE WHILE DRIVING!THE MFB TOUCHPAD BUTTONS:Same as the others buds out there on the market.Playing music: Tap once (on either MFB) Pauses/Plays current Track. Double Tap on RT MFB goes forward one track to the next one; tapping on the LT MFB goes back one track. Triple tap brings up (for me) the Google Assistant. There are audio assist commands to confirm what feature you activated via the MFB coming from the LT earbud; never the right. You CAN utilize one earbud at a time PROVIDED that it is the LEFT one. Even though it does not state anywhere in the owners manual that you can. All I can tell you is if you remove the RT earbud while listening to a constant sound (like music), the LT earbud still plays that sound/music while the RT one turns off. This led me to believe that the LT one can be used WITHOUT wearing the RT one. This leaving me to the conclusion they are NOT TWS earbuds. (TWS earbuds, like the Samsung Galaxy Earbuds+ can use the RT OR LT at different times, if the user so inclines.)EDIT (28.JUL.2020) ::There is only one reason (and its a BIG one) for me to revise my review and, sadly, have to return these earbuds…It is the way these handle a phone call on the volume side of the call; there is just NOT ENOUGH volume sound coming from the bud(s) while I am driving, unfortunately. With other monoral headsets the Samsung Galaxy S-series phones automatically INCREASE the volume with the phone’s internal sound “amplification module”, sort to speak (when the volume indicator goes from blue to red). (I can deal with TOTAL noise isolating when using one (or the other) bud to make / accept phone calls, but for some reason when I increase the volume to its max the blue volume indicator does not change color! I mean I hear the person clearly (providing that my radio, AC, and my windows are up, mind you); but ONLY at a WHISPER.My 5-STAR rating dropped to 3-STARS because of this issue. No pair of buds should need that much help of a phone’s internal amplification system or an app’s pre-amp (like within PowerAmp music player) booster through its software EQ, to have a decent phone (sound or video) conversation. I mean there are a lot of choices for within the ~$40 range to try…. Sorry Tozo…Hope this review helps…Cheers!

Complete sound range very nice
Just got these the other day to replace an older different brand. I am very particular about my music and I definitely know what sounds good and what doesn’t. So I was very skeptical on these as these didn’t get high-end reviews as other brands do, but after looking at some of the reviews here and also on YouTube and the comparison between the T12 and the T12 pro I was kind of impressed and I thought well lets give them a try. What’s the worst could happen I return them. I decide to go with the T12 as I’m not a big fan of noise reduction. I think it takes away from some of the music quality and ever since I switched over to the memory foam ear cups it’s a real night and day difference between those cheap little silicone ones. when I put my earbuds in with those I don’t hear anything outside. They feel so good on the ear that you don’t need noise cancellation with these and if you look, they’re becoming much more popular now, and they don’t fall out. I think the pairing went OK as I’m not really familiar with this brand but once paired It’s great you just open up the case automatically pairs by itself you don’t have to actually take the earbuds out of the case for that to happen and the battery indicator is a really nice feature. I had already downloaded the app so I was ready to go. I was very impressed that this came with an equalizer, my headphones and earbuds. All have some kind of equalizer built into an app. It gives you a little bit more flexibility and control over your frequencies. The first thing I look for was volume , as I do like my music semi loud, I want to see how these would compare with another brand that I have and they do get quite loud depending on the music you’re listening to. the one nice feature I like as you can customize the equalizer to your own liking instead of going with the presets And once you do that, you can save that and then in the future if you were happy with that setting, you don’t have to open the app anymore earbuds remember your settings on the equalizer so you never have to go back to the app and reset everything every time you wanna listen to music earbuds just remember where you left off on the app. My equalizer is pretty much almost set all the way up on all the frequencies with a couple little dips here and there. I love my bass and I love my trebles but even being set like that, the sound is very good. The bass isn’t overpowering, but it’s definitely there and the trebles and the mid range very nice and crisp. The battery life is very good. I’m not the type of person that wears these every day but I do like to wear them when I do my yard work and to drown out the noise of the lawnmower, the backpack blower, etc. my old ones did that I have yet to try these as I don’t have to mow the lawn yet, but I’m sure thanks to the memory foam cups. There won’t be an issue with drowning out the external noise. I have another set of ear buds and they have the noise cancellation feature and I don’t like them. The volume is maybe half of what you can get with T12 and it’s all because of the noise cancellation feature it suppresses the volume. It might cut out every little sound from the outside, but it also decreases your volume. That’s why I wasn’t a big fan of getting the T12 Pro plus the fact I don’t need a bigger battery like that , these are very compact and 50 hours charging with the case and 12 hours or so playtime more than enough for me.So to sum it up for the time that I have used them so far I do like them I think the quality of sound is superb and I don’t want to spend $150 on earbuds as one YouTube reviewer said there’s $150 earbuds and there’s a $39 earbuds he would’ve chosen the $39 earbud over the $150 one because you’re buying a name and he also mentioned that the T12 actually did sound better. The other thing I had noticed in the frequency, the T12 goes down to 16 Hz as the T12 pro goes down to 20 Hz I thought that was interesting considering the human ear cannot really hear below 20 Hz or above 20,000 Hz but maybe it adds a little bit more bass quality who knows it can’t hurt. So if you’re looking for a high-quality earbud, I would definitely give these a try. I’m glad I did as one thing I hate doing is trying to find a good pair of earbuds. Sometimes you have to buy five or six pairs in order to find one good one and then return the rest, this one I hit it nail right on the head. But definitely try out the memory foam cups. They are so much more comfortable and they block out so much external noise. between the pairing up of the earbuds and the foam cups yeah one nice set of earbuds. I’m very surprised at manufactures now don’t start including the memory foam cups . But I guess it all boils down to the Almighty dollar. If they work good for me down the road I won’t be updating this review if they don’t work good for me and I’m not happy with them. I will be updating this review..I was not paid or coerced in anyway or received a free product. This is my honest review as I really believe this is the only way you can get a good review.

Noticeably Better Than Before
The media could not be loaded.
In this review, I will be mainly comparing the TOZO T12s to the TOZO T6s (the Bluetooth earbuds I previously had).I was surprised when I got these earbuds because I thought they would be basically the same as the T6s. I thought it would be just another pair of earbuds. However, to my surprise, I noticed many improvements and solutions to problems I used to have with the T6s.Here is a list of all the improvements and or fixes that come with the TOZO T12s:Better Sound Quality – These are the first pair of earbuds where I noticed the sound quality is significantly better. It has a high range of frequencies and just sounds all together good. I looked up some high-quality audio on YouTube and it sounded like I was in a movie theater! I also can really feel the bass, something I could barely notice in my previous earbuds.Better, Sturdy Feel – I was a little skeptical when I first saw how the earbuds are a bit bulkier than any other earbud I’ve worn before. When I put them on though I noticed they felt more secure than the T6s. I think the wider design makes the weight more evenly distributed, therefore making them stay in better. There is also a bunch of different sized sleeves (the rubber things at the end) which should allow a comfortable fit for any size ear.Battery Life – I can’t tell how much better the battery life is (due to me rarely having to charge them) but I really like the percentage display on the case. That display combined with the long battery life will make it easy to never run out of battery. There really won’t be any scenario where you would need to stop using the earbuds to charge them as long as you remember to put them in the case as well as keep the case charged. Depending on how often you use them you could probably go up to a week without having to charge the case, though it is easy to charge with the wireless charger I happen to have.Fixed Volume – The main problem I had with the T6s was the minimum volume was too loud. I never needed to go higher than the lowest possible volume. This combined with the very, very annoying fact that when you went to minimum volume an AI voice would say at max volume “MINIMUM VOLUME.” Both of these problems are gone in the T12s. The voice only talks when necessary, is quieter, and the range of volume is much more reasonable.Better Touch Sensors – With the T6s I had to tap 2-5 times to pause, skip, etc. With the T12s, however, I can lightly tap wherever and it responds much better. There is a lot more room to tap due to the greater surface area of the earbuds. Also while all modern earbuds have this, they can be stopped just by tapping the side of one of them. This is very useful for not having to pull out your phone when doing something like jogging or working out. There is also several other touch commands such a volume up and down, skip, rewind, etc.(Note: While the touch sensors are better, they still aren’t perfect.)Water Proof – While I will never truly utilize this feature, based on other reviews people say you can use these earbuds in the shower just fine. I don’t do this just because I don’t feel like drying them off. I looked it up and they have the highest (to my knowledge) level of waterproofing. So they are not just resistant but should be able to be completely submerged and work indefinitely (though I would never try that). Due to this waterproofing, they should never have a problem with sweat or anything like that. (If you were wondering why it isn’t for swimming, the Bluetooth doesn’t work through water).Magnets – The magnets are so, so very satisfying. The case clicks shut with magnets and the earbuds fall right into place. (I included a video of me showing this).Warranty – Comes with a free 18-month warranty (that you probably won’t have to use!)I could go on and on about why these earbuds are good but I have already written a lot. My conclusion:overall they are high-quality earbuds, well worth the price. One last thing to note:Good Company – The TOZO company seems to be very eager to help costumers. I happened to give them my email for the warranty of the T6s and I got multiple really good promotional offers (that I did indeed capitalize on). I haven’t needed it, but I imagine if you ever need customer support they would be very helpful.- Jack

Glitchy and unreliable- Edit and update, reduction of stars applied- READ BEFORE YOU BUY
EDIT:After using this product for 2 months, I now must downgrade my review from 2 stars to 1 star. Here’s why:Overall, the sound quality is inferior. Why? Because I just gave up and ordered a new set of wireless earbuds for 20 bucks less. The cheaper buds (ikanzi) are VASTLY superior in sound to the Tozo. I mean… it’s the difference between night and day, to use a cliche…. the sound of the ikanzi is sooooo much clearer than Tozo. So why pay 50 bucks for a sound that’s thin and doesn’t have enough bass in the first place? Also, the Tozo earbuds are going completely haywire right now. It arbitrarily turns itself off, or turns off one ear, or turns off the radio or whatever music I’m listening to. I’ll turn it back on, and it immediately turns itself back off. I mean, this happens ALL THE TIME. If I’m walking around with them for half an hour, I’ve had to stop and restart, or reset, or turn off and on the bluetooth, or something at least 15 times. I’m not kidding. I counted. FIFTEEN TIMES. Usually by that time, I usually just turn them off, which sucks. The volume turns itself up and down regularly- since one bud controls the up volume and the other bud controls the down volume, it’s a pain to practically push the dang earbuds into my tymphatic eardrum before the volume changes. There have been times when one ear starts turning itself up while simultaneously, the other ear is turning itself down. Hilarity does NOT ensue. It really sucks not only hearing the volume going up in one ear and going down in the other, but to also hear that annoying voice saying “minimum volume” over and over in one ear, while the other ear is saying “maximum volume” over and over again in the other ear, and ALL while the music is still playing. UUUUUUGH. It makes you want to go out and shoot it or something. Also, it arbitrarily forwards music I’m playing from my iTunes, or it arbitrarily rewinds it. So imagine… you’re in the middle of hearing Stairway to Heaven, and just when you get to the good part, you hear “rewind”… then silence… then starts the music from the beginning. Now, I love Stairway to Heaven, but that’s too long of a song to have it repeat mid-song. But yay! Sometimes, it’ll do it at the beginning of a song too. Super fun! /sarcasm.It does the same thing for forwarding songs as well, by the way. No es bueno to be listening to a song list and all the sudden, you’re listening to a song that forwards to the end, and hearing the annoying voice say “forward… forward… forward…” over and over again, like she’s auditioning for Ferris Bueller’s Day Off to do the roll call and repeatedly ask if Ferris is in class today. Uuuuugh.Oh- here’s a fun one…. I’m listening to the radio, and I’m not even listening to a song from my playlist, and I’ll hear the annoying voice from the earbuds say “forward” or “rewind”. What the..????!!!! I’m NOT EVEN LISTENING TO A PLAY LIST. I’M LISTENING TO THE RADIO STATION. Why is it saying “forward” or “rewind”? And super duper fun (not) when you’re listening to the radio station and it starts repeating “maximum volume” over and over again (or “minimum volume” over and over) as it adjusts your volume. If you still decide to waste money on this piece of junk, you have been warned. I can’t even return this junk. It’s become a $50 paperweight. Literally. I’m so thankful for my cheap ikenzi. The music sounds like I’m sitting in the recording studio with the artist. That is definitely the superior product, AND it’s much smaller and sits in the ear better as well.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.I’ve had these now for a couple of weeks so I can get an idea of how these things work. Here’s what I’ve discovered:The good:-It has awesome sound. The bass is really good.-There is an assortment of sizes for the ear buds. That was a blessing in disguise, because I have small ears, and most headphones fall out of my ears or don’t fit at all.-The charger shows exactly how much charge is remaining so you don’t have to guess if your headphones are fully charged or not.-It seems relatively easy to fast forward, rewind, and pauseThe bad:The NUMBER ONE problem is that these headsets are glitchy. They arbitrarily increase and decrease in volume. I discovered that when I turn off my iPhone screen, it will arbitrarily increase and decrease volume. If I keep the playlist open on the screen, it also will arbitrarily increase and decrease the volume as well. I am positive the manufacturer knows this because many people talk about this in their reviews. It’s alarming they still haven’t corrected this and still sell these, and at a high price.Another issue is that one headphone will stop working altogether. Mid-song, it’ll just stop, and you’re just listening to music in one ear while the other ear is silent. I don’t know if there’s a fix, but it’s irritating, and it shouldn’t happen to begin with. I’m not near the charger, so I’m just out here trying to get the earpiece to start working, and nothing works. As a last ditch attempt, I’ll also try to completely remove it from my bluetooth device list, but then the majority of the time, it won’t re-pair, or just will re-pair with one ear and not the other. It’s frustrating.Another issue is that the headset will just turn the music off over and over. Doesn’t matter if I try to disconnect it from the bluetooth and then reconnect it, the headset will still continue to turn the music off. It’s frustrating.A minor issue is the instruction manual. It’s a bit annoying that the print is so tiny I can’t read it. Why can’t they enlarge the print and add an extra page? Are they really that hard up to earn cash? I still can’t read the instructions and determine if there are other things I can do with these headsets. It’s frustrating. These things might be minor to some, but it’s frustrating to me. I gave it two stars because I think for the price, and for the fact that the manufacturers know about the glitches, yet they still continue to sell it is pretty upsetting to me. I got these headsets because the vast majority of reviewers raved about them. I saw the negative reviews as well. Somehow, I still ended up with a crap pair. I’ll keep them, but I’m definitely not looking to get new ones once I either lose them or they stop working entirely.I’m keeping this review as two stars unless I hear from the manufacturers that they’ve fixed the issues and send me a complimentary pair to try. I’m willing to change my stars if I see the issues are resolved, but until them, it really is buyer beware. There are cheaper bluetooth headsets that offer nearly the same features.

Great for music and movies, but not so good on calls
So I bought two pairs of these. The first pair I bought were in black. They easily paired with my iPhone and laptop. I listened to some music and movies and the sound was great out of the box. I downloaded the Tozo app, and adjusted the sound quality with the equalizer in the app. Wow, amazing sound. I saved the equalizer settings in the app. The buds maintain the equalizer setting until I change it. I was able to walk around the room without losing connection. I was able to walk a pretty good distance away from my phone before losing connection. I placed my phone in my pocket and able to listen to music without losing connection. I have to still try riding my bike with my phone in my pocket. I have found some buds struggle to maintain connection when pedaling with the phone in your pant pocket. The buds stay in my ear really well. The noise cancellation was better than expected. The battery case recharges the buds quickly. Charging the case (wired or wirelessly) is also quick. Now the bad part. I didn’t find the battery on the buds to last quite as long as I had hoped, and even though both buds are fully charged, I sometimes found one ear going dead before the other. The buds auto pair, but sometimes the buds pair while in the case. I have purchased other earbuds and they never pair while in the case. In fact putting other brand earbuds in the case would automatically disconnect them from the device and turn off the buds. I scroll through news feeds on my laptop and the buds can sometimes be heard playing the news fee videos while the buds are in the case. I had to pick them up and turn them off and place them back in the case. I factory reset, which helped with the issue, but then did it again. Having it auto-connect while in the case depletes the power from the buds and case without you knowing it. The other problem I had is that the mic is just ok for phone and zoom purposes. People could hear me, but said the volume is soft and there’s no way to increase it. So I had to talk louder. I could listen to people on the earbuds clearly, with no drops in their speech. The only issue with calls is that if you have both earpieces in your ear, the noise cancellation causes you to hear yourself talking very loudly in your head voice. Hope that makes sense. So, I had no clue how loud I was really talking in public. At this price, around $16.00, it’s a great buy for music and movies and would keep them. I bought a second pair in white, hoping the mic for phone use would be better, but it was worse. People said that when I spoke the volume would go loud and soft, and sometimes cut every other word. So, the white ones went back. Other than the problems with phone calls, all other features of the white ones were the same as the black ones. However, I didn’t keep them long enough to see if they would autopair while in the case; like the black ones do. When I researched these, not a lot was said about the quality for phone calls. Everyone writes about how great they are for music, but nothing on phone calls. I wouldn’t recommend these for phone calls.Update 8/28/24, The seller saw my review and reached out to discuss the situation. They told me to keep the T12s, but told them I already returned one of two. They felt bad and offered to send me the Tozo NC2 earbuds. I first discovered they don’t work with the Tozo app. So I couldn’t utilize the app equalizer, which allowed me to adjust the sound for better clarity during phone calls. After trying them out for a week, I also had an issue with the earbuds during calls. I informed the Seller and they were very apologetic. They told me to keep the NC2. So I am increasing my star rating from 3 to 4 due to them reaching out and trying to make me happy with their product.

Ok…. so…. yeah..
Soooo…. first, no disappointment in the sound! The bass is phenomenal! However, I just opened these and was thrown off by to presentation compared to my Tozo T6. I’m a pink girl and a bit particular when it comes to my devices and accessories match. Though the colors do not compare. The size of these have possibly doubled in size. I originally ordered the NC9 but they were super uncomfortable. These said “small” but….. yeah, no. I have small ears so finding earbuds that’ll be comfortable for daily use is greatly important. Now for the presentation.I was blown away by my first buds which is why I’ve purchased so many Tozo products. Again, however, smaller packaging does not mean better. The earbud pieces are in a small baggy smashed in a small slender box with the power cord. Trying to match them is not the best because they all look alike but different sizes, and they are gray.Being that I ordered two different sets and two different colors, I thought the colors would match the earbuds. Smh, they do not. They’re actually not as good of quality which makes me grateful that I saved the ones from my T6 set.The case. The case is bulkier than I’m use to. I usually can stick my case in the middle of my cleavage when I don’t have pockets during my lunch break. I don’t think I’ll be able to do that with this set.Connecting to the app…. I have yet to get them to connect, which is really odd. It’s not reading and there’s no QR code to scan for connection. Something that the T6 couldn’t do, I don’t think. So, I’m not missing anything but that is something I was looking forward to with this set.I know this sounds finicky but, these are small things that made me love the Tozo brand.I have 4 stars because of the sound quality. I did notice that the charge for the case goes down quicker. It came at 100% the earbuds were nearly fully charged. Within minutes the cases was at 81%… now 79%. Don’t like that.I don’t know. I think I may have gotten spoiled with my first set and my expectations were set for high delivery. We’ll see if I keep these. Holding a charge is super important. I only use one earbud at a time and that one earbud would last 12hrs or more. 8hr with consistent use. That’s a high bar.Ok. I’m done. I’m nearly talking myself out of keeping these. All pictures are above.

I Luv These Things
I am not tech savvy, but I love these things. They’re super super simple to set up and begin using. They’re comfortable – and as a medical transcriptionist who lived with headphones in my ears for decades, I usually hate having anything in my ears these days — but these are barely noticeable. The sound is great. They charge quickly and I like the little “charge status” that is front and center inside the case. I’m very glad Ingot these.

Great workout buds
Music sounds amazing. Microphone for calls still isn’t great- had an earlier version also. Overall pretty good set of earbuds for mowing the yard or working out. Upgrade from my Samsung ear buds

Almost great
Been using the standard (larger) sized TOZO T12’s over a year for absolutely everything (motorcycle, exercise, handywork, shopping) and they just won’t quit. Can’t put a price on the peaceful isolation and mild hearing protection these things provide. Carrying case for the old T12 is a bit too large to carry in my pocket comfortably so I thought I’d try this slightly smaller sized T12. Case IS a tiny bit smaller which is nice, but the automatic pairing and touch controls are noticeably less reliable and more finicky than the original T12s. Once they’re going though, sound is full and great and relatively loud, with no EQ enhancement on the iPhone. Good portable audio at a great price.

Phenomenal!
I got the T6 as a gift 2years ago and they lasted until i accidentally jumped in the pool. The T6s were awesome and I loved them so I was sad I ruined them. I bought the T12 thinking they must be better, and I was blown away. They fit and sound 10x better than the T6. Awesome sound and great price! Heavy bass crisp highs and the little app you can download lets you Taylor it to your liking. These are amazing. I brag about them any chance I get.

Great customer service!
The earbuds that I purchased was defective and did not hold a charge. I contacted the Tozo customer service and they immediately sent me a new pair of earbuds! I’ve purchased 4 different pair of earbuds from Tozo and am a big fan of their products. I’m now assured that I can depend on customer service to support any issues with their products.

Quality ear buds
Great ear buds. I dropped one of my old nc9 down a sewer grate at work. I only ever have one in at a time there but I use two when working out or cutting the grass at home. Purchased these so I could still have two at home I’ll leave the other one at work. They are louder and fit just as well. My old ones were at least 4years old so I’m hoping these last just as long. For the price you can’t beat it. My voice comes through clear on the other end of calls. I do miss the option to turn off the nc mode.

fantastic earbuds, fantastic customer service
I have used this brand of earbuds for over 5 years and I have never wanted to use anything else. The only problem I have ever had, which was minor, customer service took care of immediately. They fit well, they fit snug, they are comfortable and the sound is great. Also, the playtime is incredibly long with multiple charges in the case before it has to be charged. I really love these earbuds!

Wow, Quality is not Lost
Overall I really like the design, feel and sound quality of these earbuds. The LEDs are clear and the Tozo app is simple and easy to use. I don’t have anything negative or concerns to share. Deep bass, I can adjust mids and highs within the app that fits my music style, and the podcasts I listen to are clear. I think I got more than what I paid for and I also think the brand is positioned to compete and change your mind at how we look at other commercial name brands. I would buy again and also buy other products from Tozo. It’s also fair to mention that the connection distance is good, I’m not sure how far yet, but my normal home walking path kept Bluetooth connection without disruption in signal.

Great product, I will purchase again only 4 stars due to the one bud failure in 2 packs
These earbuds are my preferred choice among the various brands and models I have tested. They excel in terms of fit, comfort, sound quality, and wireless range. However, I do have a few concerns.Despite owning four sets of this model, I have encountered issues with two of them. The left earbud of the red set ceased to function and charge properly, and one of the pink sets experienced a similar issue. The cause of these malfunctions remains unknown. Currently, I have one fully functional pink set. While these setbacks are frustrating, I can still utilize one functional earbud from each set. The exceptional sound quality and extended wireless range outweigh these inconveniences. The earbuds maintain a stable connection and deliver clear audio even at distances of approximately 65 feet or more from my phone. However, I do encounter challenges with the earbuds staying securely in my ears. I have experimented with different ear tip sizes, but I believe my ear shape may be unusually small or atypical. Despite this issue, I intend to continue using these earbuds due to their impressive wireless range, which allows me to move freely while my phone is charging indoors. While there may be newer models that address some of these minor concerns, I remain committed to this product. When I find a product that meets my needs, I am not easily swayed by minor inconveniences.

Best buds on a budget
These are a fun and responsive set of earbuds. The best earbuds on a super-low budget. I had them over a year, still performing well. The earbuds connect promptly and proven to be durable even after multiples drops on difference types of surfaces.

Great Bud For The Price
I just got these today and I love how easy they are to use, the sound quality, and the price. I was skeptical at first because of the price but the mass number of reviews got me to buy these. Historically I’ve always used Skullcandys but I’ve been having some quality issues with them and decided to try something new. I do really like them.

You won’t be disappointed
I’ve had pixel buds pro which cost more than triple what I paid and these blow those out of the water. I own multiple tozo products and each never disappoint. At this point I can’t see myself buying anything else.Trust me and try these out. You won’t be disappointed

My first wireless buds and I love them!
I’m an official antique person, and these are my first wireless buds. I’m amazed by the great sound they produce and by how comfortable they are. The “tap to control ” features take some getting used to, but once you get the idea of how they work it’s simple. Very please by the overall performance and quality, especially at this price point.

Great audio quality for headphones under $50
I have been using my Apple AirPods 2 since about 2020 and finally one of my headphones stopped working. I was looking for a cheap replacement and was these were on of the suggested headphones. I looked at reviews of different TOZO earbuds and the Tonal Dots seemed like they’d be a good fit for me. They just arrived this morning and I tried my usual tests with the audio quality and these earbuds don’t disappoint. These earbuds truly exceeds what I would expect for earbuds at this price point. I would highly recommend these to someone looking for cheap and great sounding earbuds. The fit is comfortable and they don’t seem to fall out even if I swing my head around. The case display with the battery percentage and how charged each earbud is will help ensure that I know when I need to charge my case and how long until each earbud is fully charged. The connectivity with my iPhone 14 Pro was easy and I love that they automatically connect when I put them into my ear which is a feature which is a must for me. The only thing I would add is for the music to stop when I take the ear but out of my ear but with the easy tap system on the earbud itself it may not bug me in the long run.

Love these
I love these headphones I love the brand noise cancellation works great. A little ear fatigue after wearing them for 9-10 hours. Connectivity they connect quick. They give you plenty of little earpieces to fit your ear properly the quality is great durability it’s okay the case is a little slippery so I would get a holder not too bulky in your pocket
